This place just came up as recommended wen I was searching for a repair facility. Fortunately for…read moreme, unfortunately for my kid, I knew all about these wanna-be mechanics from a few years back. Long story short - their head mechanic didn't know how to check oil properly on her Nissan crossover? (name escapes me) Three times in the shop and they tell her the oil is over full. I go in, act dumb and ask if they could show me how to check the oil since I got blamed for it anyway "your dad is over filling it" Stooge pulls dip stick and proclaims "see overfill again by twice" Me - "flip that dip stick over" Dude had no words because the other side had NOTHING on it because they drained 5 quarts the day before because "it was overfilled" I promptly asked the gentleman "if you toss a stick in a bucket of oil, is it possible to only get oil on one side of said stick?" Note: these cars/engines have an oil drain back hole directly above the dip stick which covers it with oil several inches up the stick, on one side. Even a moron knows to wipe the stick and reinstall to check and look at both sides. A not-so-certified village idiot should know these cars are best checked after they have sat awhile, regardless this poor village idiot was happy to run out 5 minutes after we arrived and check it without ever having a towel in mind. Way to go imbecile. Needless to say, it never left the place and the motor was hammering because they told her to run it and I want putting oil in it again for them to blame me for overfilling. A few days later we stopped in and find in an attempt to get the warranty co to pay for a motor, they blew it up. The one lucky actually told us what they were doing. Obviously totally oblivious to the fact he was saying they were trying to commit insurance fraud. Good luck if you go here or if, like my kid, AutoMax sends you here because their shop is backed up. These geniuses will fix your vehicle right up like Dewey, Cheatum & Howe, attorneys at law would fix you up on legal issues. Well, that statement isn't fair. The 3 stooges deserve more credit than that when it comes to being lawyers.

untrustworthy, unprofessIonal, poor workmanship, charge for parts not needed, over charges for…read moreparts...that's my experience dealing with rays service center past several years Dealt with Scott H. Took F150 for inspection. Scott called to tell me that I needed front brakes and rotors then he says it's going to be expensive. Scott attempted to charge a 100% mark up on all parts. I asked why so expensive. Scott raises his voice and says I am trying to run a business here. Then ask what's my profession. Scott was acting very unprofessional so I asked him if I can fix myself and return for inspection. Scott agreed. I drive my f150 on average about 600 miles per year. I had two other mechanics look at my truck. Both mechanics said brakes and rotors were fine and had a lot of life left. Theses mechanics informed me of the reasons why rotors would fail an inspection. None applied here. One week later I returned without changing front brakes and rotors to get inspection. Scott asked Why I didn't change? I replied the Brakes and rotors are fine. Scott aggressively says I am not inspecting it, turns his back and walks away. I took it to another mechanic for inspection. Of course it passed inspection because nothing was needed. Scott H. wanted to mark up parts 100% and I did not even need those parts to pass inspection This was not my first bad incident at rays service center but it will certainly be my last. I would look elsewhere

Instead of a fancy waiting room you get honest, polite service and the most reasonable prices.... I Highly Recommend...
