Today there was a slow leak in one of my tires so I called to see if they could look at it. I was told to bring it in whenever I could. I took it in around 11:30 a.m. with no appointment. They fixed my tire and I was out of there within an hour. Turns out I had a nail in my tire. They fixed it for free. I wouldn't go anywhere else for tire service! read more

We took all of our family's cars to Tire Mart for the past few years. Most recently this summer, we had them replace rear brakes and rotors on my son's car. After having some issues with the car, we visited a different mechanic who said that whoever had done the brakes had completely botched the work, so we had to pay to get Tire Mart's work fixed. TM also replaced the rear wiper with the wrong size and used substandard parts for a previous job, which wore out within a year's time. Not sure what's going on with them, but won't be going back there. read more

seem to be honest. Went here a few years for inspection and the car never needed anything (it shouldn't have bue in the past places always found something to do, polish headlights, new tires because it had a tiny hairline surface crack etc, none of which was needed) These guys seem honest and would only fix/replace something that is needed. Friendly staff, nice hourse. I think I will be coming here for more than inspections from now on.. update- 2015- been going here for the past 3 plus years now and very happy. I Love this place and will not visit any other place to get my car repairs done (yes they do more than just tires!) I was having some issues with my SUV's driver side window. It would not go up or down- I went to another place that was suggested and it still wasn't working. So I decided to try Tire Mart since they are close to where I live and they couldn't get me in right away because they needed to order the right parts that the other place ordered and were the wrong parts. But since my window was stuck down they pulled my car in and out the window up at no charge and scheduled an appointment for me within a couple of days to come back and have it repaired. They even took me to work and picked me up when my car was finished! The staff here is courteous and helpful and most importantly, their pricing is fair and far less than other places I've taken my car. They certainly have a customer for life! read more

After a little over 2 weeks of back and forth, and them pulling security footage to prove I was right that they didn't rotate tires like I had asked, which is why it fell off, they did reimburse me for the work. Though I had to show up in person since they had the check, which was returned because of in correct mailing address, but they never called (we had talked A LOT on the phone) to let me know the check was there for over a week. Waited at Pep Boys for 4 hours for car to be looked at when Tire Mart was closed for holiday weekend. When we found out what was wrong we brought car into Tire Mart and they fixed it in ten minutes. I was on a cross country roadtrip when my tire sensor came on and I found a scratch on the front right tire. Worried, I stopped at Tire Mart. Brian Y was so nice and helpful and determined that the scratch wasn't a problem and that there was an issue with the tire sensor itself. He let me know it should still be under warranty (it was!) and that there shouldn't be a safety issue on the rest of the 3,000 mile trip (it wasn't!). I was so impressed by his helpfulness and honesty. He could have told me that I needed a new tire or that they needed to fix the sensor and I would have paid for either. He checked out my tire and didn't even charge me for the consultation. I'd recommend Tire Mart to anyone. It's hard to find service stations you can trust! I was so impressed! read more

I received a call a few days later explaining that they had mistakenly charged me for a part that they ordered (just in case), but did not use. They issued me a $200 credit. Came in on a Saturday morning as I had a slow leak in one tire. No wait to be served. The place was clean, and the front desk was friendly & professional - even offered a cup of coffee. These folks are a treasure. Have been taking various cars there for many years for various reapirs and inspections, etc.--not just for tires-- and I always leave feeling well treated and very fairly charged.They are walking distance to Best Buy and K-Mart, so you can get errands done if you have a wait. If you buy your tires there, they will for the life of the tires repair them for free. Once I waited a while--not a horrendous time, just a while-- for a screw or something to be pulled out of my tire (for free). When I left, they gave me a $25 Best Buy gift card for my "trouble." read more

Friendly staff, honest service. I've taken my car here a few times for oil changes, new tires, inspections, etc and always felt that I received quality service at a fair price. On a couple occasions my family has taken a vehicle there expecting a large repair bill only to be told the dealer service department more or less was trying to get us to change our brakes early (and they had the numbers to back this up). When I started coming here years ago at the recommendation of a friend, I was totally satisfied. However over the last year or two, things have changed and I've had several bad experiences. My most recent experience was when I left Tire Mart after getting my car inspected. I was headed through the parking lot, when another patron flagged me over and said that I had a headlight out. WHAT? I turned around and went back inside. One of the guys at the counter, not sure of his name, came out with me and checked it out, ran back inside, grabbed a lamp, and fixed it immediately with no charge. I took my car there today to get it checked out to see what it would need for inspection. They told me it would be free if it did not pass. The girl at the counter told me that it would cost nothing for the inspection,, but it would be $36 for the bulbs they replaced. NEVER did I consent to them doing any repairs or work to my car. Not to mention, when it became dark later, I came to realize that the license plate bulb they "replaced" and charged me for was still burnt out. Many suggested The Tire Mart for honest quality repairs. First visit I went there had a good experience BEFORE the owner retired. Be advised - being I come from a background of Auto repair Friends & Family - I have knowledge of many Automotive issues. THEN - The Tire Mart went IMMEDIATELY downhill. Here are the FACTS, NO exaggerations: Visit #2 - purchased a quad of Premium Tires - When I drove away - the Tires were bouncing along the road. Being my vehicle ran smoothly BEFORE I had the Tires mounted - obviously the BALANCING was amiss. Excuse #1 - the 'new' kid probably erred. Problem still there had to return again minutes later - went back Excuse #2 - We have two balancing units - one of them is malfunctioning - and was probably used in error Third effort to correct the problem - successful. Aggravating factor: This IS a TIRE specialty facility. One would believe this experience (simple service) would NEVER occur! Three visits to get properly installed TIRES at a Tire facility???!!!Poorly balanced Tires would lead to poor control and premature wear of the Tires. HHmmmmm Visit #3: Brought a High End vehicle there for Inspection - needed brakes. Before the service proceeded: I addressed concern that this type of vehicle REQUIRES specialty parts. (NAPA parts are NOT appropriate) Drove away with a high pitched metallic squealing. Went back. Excuse #1 - I 'needed' the rotors turned. I examined them; classified this 'need' to be incorrect but approved the process anyway (against my better judgment). Drove away - squealing still there - went right back. The Manager assured me they used the appropriate parts according to Premium vehicle maintenance bulletins. Third visit: An EXPERIENCED repair person was assigned to my vehicle. After a short time He walked into the Desk area and LOUDLY proclaimed: "Those Brake pads are the WRONG pads for an High end vehicle". Problem solved - in three visits and had my ROTORS turned for no reason! How about INCOMPETANCE. The Manager I previously spoke to was 'hiding' behind a computer terminal. Visit #4: Brought a different vehicle in for an inspection. I know many service stations try to declare a vehicle with 'years' on it and some rust - 'needs many parts replace' EVEN IF there is nothing wrong with the part. I'm in DEFENSIVE mode! I walked to the back to keep on eye on the mechanic (the same one that misdiagnosed my High End vehicle). Observed the following: He standing under and behind the (MY) vehicle looking longingly at my rust colored Shock absorbers. Then He looked over at the OIL can. OH NO! He is not going to do what I think.... He walked to the Oil can - about to pick it up - but then a Friend of his came up and they conversed a few minutes. I decided to approach as soon as the 'Friend' walked away. Approached - asked Him " how does it look"? He said Oh this is your Car - I said Yes. He said - the Car is in good condition EXCEPT "your Shocks are leaking - look and He swiped His fingers across the surface of an Shock. His fingers came up clean. He was VISIBLY surprised - standing there with the 'what happened here' look. He stood there thinking - then turned to look at the Oil can - which His Friend DISTRACTED him from retrieving/using! Then He turned to Me and friendly turned to annoyance - He STAMMERED You will soon need to replace these! Whew - that was a close call. Be advised - I had been made aware of this activity - done more than you would believe - had years before CAUGHT a mechanic (a different facility) 'in the act' of spraying oil on my Shocks! Visit #5: Priced a repair for an component I knew will soon require it - so I researched prices 8 different repair shops. THEN went to Tire Mart - they wanted $200.00 more than anyone. IMO: I guess since I can afford a high end vehicle Jaguar VDP - I can pay an extra premium. There was NEVER a visit #6 and of course they LOST the revenue from visit #5. read more

Apparently after having my car serviced there for several years they never replaced my air filter! I didn't realize this because I always took my car there. But, they messed up my appointment and had no time for an oil change so I ran across the street to Pep Boys. I was really surprised when Pep Boys showed me my very dirty air filter, that couldn't be seen for the dust, dirt, and herbaceous material that was all over it. I was really upset. I decided to trade in my car not long after that. I was told by the dealer that they couldn't give me as good of a price because my tires needed replaced! I told them that they were 60,000 mile tires and that I had them replaced 30,000 miles ago. The dealer told me that was why Tire Mart gave me "such a good deal" - they were only 30,000 mile tires. I was furious. I will never take another car there. They don't do a through job, an they lied about the tires that they sold me. read more
