After traveling the country and tasting many different BBQ stores I would avoid this chain restaurant if possible. The restaurant is clean and has quick and friendly customer service. TVs scatter the walls that display the current sport in season. They have self service ice cream machine and a variety of 3 BBQ sauces ( spicy, original, and sweet) to entice the customers. The serving portion and quality of meat is left to be desired. The expensive meals that lack both taste and size left me disappointed. The side dishes were all bland and mediocre. I tried the baked beans, mashed potato casserole and the fries and was not impressed with any of them. Altho the restaurant looks enticing, the price and taste dissuade me from wanting to come back for more

Two meat plate with Brisket and ribs. Around $15 for this..

The best part of my experience here was the employee working in the kitchen who was super nice and friendly. He seemed to be a shift leader or maybe a manager. Other than that...it was pretty expensive and the BBQ wasn't great. Very fatty and low quality cuts. My companion and I both got the two meat plate and our bill came to around $40...woah. Every little thing is an uncharge, like 50 cents for a different bread and the drinks aren't included with the meals. For the two meat plate the portions are very small. We got two small ribs each, and a small mound of shredded beef which was supposed to be brisket. They give you free unlimited ice cream, so that's nice I suppose but its not real ice cream. This place was really just a bummer - still looking for a decent BBQ place around here.

This place has now let me down twice. I came here a year ago around the same time. It's just to cold here to be running my smoker out in the winter so I give it a try last night and I was extremely disappointed. The ribs were absolutely trash. They where not cooked enough you can tell they cook them to minimum pork temp. They were extremely tough on the bone. So I already knew what needed to happen to fix them. I tented them with some apple cider vinegar and threw them in the oven for a hour at 350* it's pretty bad that I had to finish cooking my own dinner that I paid 50$ for a rack of ribs and a kids meal. Bottom line it's to expensive and they don't know bbq honestly I want a refund.

Mac and cheese that they didn't bother to fill to the top.

The brisket it's pretty consistent but I've had a few dry servings before that they've been willing to exchange out.

They are not exaggerating about the kale salad! I've only ever had 1 good one but theirs is my new favorite. INCREDIBLE. The champagne vinaigrette really pulled it all together.. Still thinking about that salad. Really cool selection of their home-brewed beers with something for every preference. Very generous portions, low prices. The waitress (receipt said Tatum so maybe that's her) who helped me was so nice and had everything packed up perfectly. They have 2 patios and allow dogs on them! Interior is huuuge -- lots of fun things to look at. Cozy bar in the back of the brewery. Love the decor/paintings. Seems like a great local hangout!

If I owned the place the only thing I would change is not having my servers walk constant laps around the tables. I understand the concept but the restaurant isn't that large and it's a little distracting with a server walking circles around you. And, oh the food was soooooo good! The staff greets you and helps get you focused on the order. You order and pay and they bring the food to your table. We recommend the "surf and turf" combo we pulled together: - California burger, with avocado and more on top - Tuna burger, atop lettuce and tomatoes with special aioli sauce - and a strawberry shake with whipped cream and real berries Wow what a dinner! Tasted great. Filled us up! Got us to our event on time. We look forward to returning to Cheyenne and visiting with more time to not rush out visit. Thank you, 2 Doors Down!! ----- ----- -----

They were served with cocktail sauce, which really was not a necessity in my opinion. I tried more than one and the first one was tender and a subsequent one was a bit chewier. I don't want to speculate. Hahaha. I had a Cobb salad as my main course and it was delicious and included all of the usual typical items (photos included with this review).
