I didn't get my order until almost two hours later! Even the driver was upset and complained that the people working there didn't know what they were doing. My food arrived cold. There was no BBQ sauce ON the wrong sandwich that I didn't order nor was there any in the bag!!! Thank God I had some Famous Dave's Devil Spit BBQ sauce!! I was given the wrong side order and my cornbread muffing was missing, as was my coke! 38.00 down the drain. I don't know if all Dickey's are like this one, but this one needs to close. Christmas Eve I made a online order for 2lb meat and 3 large sides with 6 toast. When I got there to pick up my food it was this young men in there alone in the front I gave him my name and my order. He immediately said we don't have no sides but fries I said I didn't want fries, can I just get the meat and a refund for the sides at first he said 60 something dollars I agreed then he said he couldn't because it was part of a deal I would have to cancel my whole order order over and it will be more. So he then told me offer me extra meat and a side of barbecue sauce I told him that I wasn't satisfied with that so he said he can give me a rain check on the sides meaning I can come back another day to get the sides I told him I didn't want the rain check just charge me for the meat so he goes to the register and do what he do and then tells me he can't give me a receipt of the new charges. Did not see the reviews before going to this establishment or I would have avoided it like the plague. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED and very poor quality. We ordered half order of ribs, 10 wings, and an order of fries. They rang us up for $77.00 We canceled the wings and that brought our bill down to $40.00 We asked for the fries to be well done and when we got home we noticed they were soggy undercooked. The ribs appeared to be old and the meat was very hard and dry on many of the ribs. The ones that were edible tasted pretty badly. I barely ate two ribs and felt sick within an hour. Overall a very bad experience. Also, and this may be perfectly legal but I want people to know just in case, my bank statement shows I was charged by a business called "Miracle Restaurant" NOT Dickey's BBQ. Maybe that's normal in franchise business maybe it's not but I expected it to say Dickey's. I will never return to this establishment. I should have listened to my girlfriend when she said the bathroom was gross and disgusting and suggest we leave. But I was pretty hungry and figured how bad could it be. Now I know. After reading the negative reviews on the way here, I figured I should defend the place a little. The food was a solid 4. If you want some good BBQ, then it's good. Not life changing, or 'was featured on Food Network,' but a solid choice in a town with fewer BBQ options. It's better than I can make at home, so I won't complain. At the same time, the menu is a mess--they've got their regular menu, plus the Crack'n Chicken menu and waffles, plus random edits, add-on photos taped to the glass, and I had to get help just finding where the Sides were listed. So now, I guess he ordered this rubbish from Lancaster...I wish I had known he was doing this, because I could have spared him the anguish and made him some REAL chicken and waffles at home. But, he did, and was sorely disappointed. 4 Dry, flavorless chicken wings. Feathers included! A flat, lifeless, rubbery waffle.
