The fries were amazing!!! perfectly seasoned and easily the best part of the meal. I'd definitely come back for the fries. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the chicken sandwiches. I found it odd that the fries were so flavorful while the chicken lacked seasoning. Because of that, I wouldn't personally recommend the sandwich. The next day, I tried Sassy Sando using all the toppings that had been packed separately. Everything still tasted fresh, almost like I had just purchased it. However, despite the hot spice level, the sandwich didn't have much flavor beyond the heat. It was spicy, but not particularly tasty. The customer service was excellent. The employee who took my order was polite, read everything back to me, and even brought my order outside and reviewed it again to make sure everything was correct. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor area has a nice atmosphere and scenery, which I really enjoyed. The only downside was that the outdoor tables were dirty when I visited.
