Delicious food, quick and fresh, Tyree was awesome, kind, professional and very helpful, I will be back all the time! Thanks!

I can only laugh.... this is a combo that they charge almost $13 for. I thought it was a joke when I got home and opened the box. See the picture of what we got vs the picture on line. Never again!!!

First, let me start off by saying that I have been a residence of Lancaster Palmdale for almost 30 years. I have come to love every opportunity of trying new barbecue spots within the new valley and there are a few. I recall when Dickey's first opened in Lancaster. I visited a couple of times and the food was decent. However, my visit to Dickey's yesterday was one of the worst experiences I've had with any barbecue place in this city. I ordered à la cart. Smoked sausage and brisket along with the double order fries and a drink. My total was $44.00 (which I believe is a little on the high side). When I receive my order, I noticed that the portions were very small and the link and brisket appeared to be very dry after biting into the sausage my belief was confirmed so I didn't try to brisket which was looked the same. After contemplating for a few minutes, if I should bring this up to the Manager's attention, l flagged down a gentleman that was passing by (who was actually the gentleman that prepared my food) , I requested to speak to a manager His response was that he didn't know if the manager was there. He addressed the issue to a young lady that was at the cash register which appeared to be annoyed by the request. A few minutes later a gentleman appeared from the back of the kitchen and asked if I needed to speak with him. I said yes if you're the manager, he indicated that he was so I showed him the briskets slices and the sausage as it appeared on my plate. He immediately said that the brisket looked terrible and he would remake it for me, however he he made no mention of replacing the sausage after waiting a few minutes he did return with a small black plastic container and placed it in front of me, I opened the container to observe three slices of brisket that mirrored the one's prior with the exception that it appeared that it had been dipped in some type of juice. I close the plastic box finished up my fries and left the restaurant. I want to say that I have and always will be a supporter of Lancaster Palmdale restaurants, but the way this situation was handled left me rather perplexed instead of addressing the issue I feel that it was simply masked. I would hope that in the future that would be a greater concern for your customers. The reality is we are the ones that makes or breaks your business.

I ordered a large fries for 10.99 for them to come out looking like this. this is so horrible, there is no way I'm being charged a large that looks like a small

    "Burnt ends" and brisket

I just ordered from this place and the customer service was cool. I asked for burnt end "rib tips" for anyone who knows how to bbq. It was my fault for not checking the food before leaving. I got home and all I had was a lot of brisket which was ok and my other two side orders. When I called back to tell them I didn't have my rib tips the , guy told me that burnt ends to them is any meat, wth. After some back and forth and them not wanting to admit my order was wrong, he had the nerve to tell me I can order more food. After more back and forth, they offered me "3" rib tips. After spending over $30 to have a messed up order I wish I spend another dime at this place.

3 meat combo with sliced brisket, pulled pork, and pork ribs. The photo makes the portion look more generous than it was. Not worth $35.

We ordered food for delivery this last Saturday night and we were so disappointed. I ordered a 3 meat combo and was shocked at how small the portions were for each choice. At first I thought food was missing. Then I realized all 3 of my meat choices fit in a single entree section of my to-go box. In my photo I had moved the brisket over to one of the smaller sections. I got barely two slices of brisket, a small scoop of pulled pork, and just 2 ribs. The 3 meat combo costs $35. The food tastes fine but the meal felt like such a rip off. Our total bill was over $100 for two combos and a kids meal, and we could have spent that elsewhere and had leftovers for the next day at least. So disappointing. Gave one star because the food at least tasted good. Just wish we'd gotten our money's worth.

This is apparently the 3 Meat Plate... what a joke

Awful just awful, I ordered 2 plates and my Mac n cheese is oily and stuck as a ball, the cheese is not even melted and it's so bad, food portion is so little compared to what I payed, my worst experience with a food establishment honestly, I will never order from here ever again.

I also ordered a side of pancakes and bacon for my dad and they were perfectly cooked. The cost of the meal was very reasonable and worth the visit. Definitely order the home fries over hash browns, they are well seasoned crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. So delicious don't skip! The garden burger was also so delicious the patty is made of like oats and mushrooms and one more ingredient that I can't remember right now but it was superb! Definitely one of the best veggie burgers I have had! Top 5 for sure. Now the reason they didn't get 5 stars. The side of fruit that I ordered and two other plates on the table came with, wasn't fresh. It looked a day or a few days old. Only the melon was decent enough to eat. Next is more of a suggestion. I understand it's a diner but I feel like all restaurants/diners/cafes should have alternative milks such as oat, soy or almond milk. Because I asked for a cold brew but I had to drink it black due to the lack of alternative milks. Which was fine but I can't be the only person that has that suggestion. Overall Katz n' jammers cafe was a cute diner with 50s nostalgia on the walls and fair prices for good food!

Since it was our first visit, we walked up to the bar and explained that we're not IPA fans and asked if we could sample a few beers. The staff was super friendly and happy to let us try different options. We ended up really liking the Waterfront Lager and ordered micheladas. Their michelada mix is AMAZING. The Palmdale location is drinks only (no food), but the atmosphere and service made for a really fun night. Fast forward to yesterday. My husband and I had a date night and remembered how much we liked the beer, so we decided to check out the Lancaster location since they also serve food. When we walked in, the place was packed and there were only two girls working the entire floor. Even though they were clearly super busy, they were still very friendly and upfront that there would be about a 15-minute wait for a table. We appreciated the honesty, so we waited patiently and eventually got seated. We found out that the Lancaster location doesn't always have the same beers as the Palmdale brewery location, so unfortunately they didn't have the Waterfront Lager we loved. We were a little bummed, but our waitress gladly brought us samples so we could find something else we liked. We ended up ordering a lighter blonde beer since many of the others were too hoppy for our taste. We also tried their handmade mango and pineapple micheladas and WOW! both were so good. The food was delicious too. We ordered the totchos (loaded tator tots), 6-piece hot wings, and the Asian sliders. Everything came out fresh and flavorful. Even though they were slammed busy, the waitresses continued checking on us regularly throughout the night. Overall, it ended up being a really great date night. The ambiance is casual, fun, and welcoming, and both locations gave us excellent service. Lucky Luke is definitely going to become one of our regular date night spots moving forward!
