The soft shell crab benedict ($24) looked irresistible with two nicely poached eggs beside crab drizzled with maple buffalo hot sauce. While it came with no sides, bites of the whole fried soft shell crab on brioche toast were scrumptious. The inside of this restaurant is cavernous, featuring even a private room and patio. It's much larger than the dated plaza entrance would indicate. Staff were generally active at the tables, even delivering colour sheets to young ones. Skip it or hit it? I tried to ask for their attention but was told to wait in line again (fine). When I got to the front, I handed them the coke to show it was clearly watered down, and asked for a proper coke. They said they couldn't as they didn't have any more draft coke. I went through several options, and was basically told: 1) They wouldn't issue me a refund for the draft coke 2) They wouldn't hand me a bottle of coke without charging me for it (even though by volume, bottled coke is LESS than the draft coke cup) 3) They would offer me another draft pop (disgusting, any drink besides coke you might as well lick vomit off the ground). Ended up having to pay for a bottle of coke which is ridiculous, hence will never come here again.
