My brother and I went to Dickey's tonight for dinner and our experience was excellent! The restaurant itself is very clean and open, plenty of room for big groups. Everyone behind the counter was great, very kind and attentive. We got our food, sat down, and were absolutely blown away by how delicious everything was. The brisket was amazing, some of the best I've ever had, and the sides were delicious as well. We couldn't help but compliment the guys behind the counter, that's how delicious everything was! They were even kind enough to give us each a blondie brownie dessert for free! Amazing service, amazing food, we will definitely be back and will definitely spread the word! 12/10 read more

This is a decent BBQ spot. It's a chain. Much needed in this area! The manager and staff are friendly and professional. The restaurant is clean, and there is good spacing between tables. My wife and I stopped in for lunch. I got the 3 meat platter: 3 bones, baby back ribs,pulled pork and polish kielbossa with mac-n-cheese, and green beans. Chased with a sweet Iced Tea. Dessert was a blondie brownie. Portions were sized just right, not too much. The ribs were fall off the bone tender. The Polish Kielbossa was good, and the pulled pork was tender. There is a BBQ sauce station right near the register. There are cups to use to fill with the sauce you choose, spicy, sweet, and traditional BBQ sauces are the choices. Oh yes, this spot also caters! Our experience with the staff was ok but No HAIR NETS?? Seriously? How can THAT be ok by anyone!? I should have known when the first order taker asked the young lady if she remembered HOW to make the Atomic Chicken sandwich. I guess I'm more disappointed rather than angry for wasting a night out to waste money on Ice cold food. My Atomic chicken sandwich was served to me ICE COLD, My mom's 3 Rib Combo came with some Hairs on the ribs. My husband's meal was The Westerner, your choice of 2 meats and was barely LUKE warm but the dining room was also Very cold. The soda was just about tasteless. When the craving for BBQ hits you - you're better off if you leave it to the pit masters - but if you must visit a chain... Mission BBQ is a better option. Pretty much the only good thing about our lunch at Dickey's was the two friendly guys behind the counter and the infamous "Big Yellow Cup". We had been wanting to check our Dickey's since we passed by a few months ago when driving through the area. We came for lunch during the week to the empty Dicky's - just us and the aforementioned super friendly guys behind the counter (the reason for 2 stars). We ordered two meals and an order of boneless wings. The pulled pork was dry and the roll was definitely several days old. The boneless wings were boxed minced meat nuggets with Franks RedHot poured over them. The fries were limp and the pickles had a weird taste I could not describe. The food in general a big disappointment. Our meal filled the emptiness and appeased our hunger but will not be returning to this BBQ Chain. read more

Me and my fiancée decided to give this place a go. I haven't been back since the ownership changed. When we got there, it was very clean inside. We were greeted by the staff immediately. I asked for recommendations from the young man working the counter. And I'm glad I took his recommendation. Their customer service was very good, they made sure our order was made as requested and that we had everything to enjoy a meal. We did enjoy the food very much. I could tell by the way it tasted that everything was made right there. The ribs I had fell right off the bone and they were smoked just right. My fiancée enjoyed her chicken platter as well. I was very satisfied with my visit, and I would stop back in again. Especially with the cups they offer discounted refills when you go back. I would definitely encourage people to give it a try. I have ordered through their app a few times. Last evening, I ordered a meal through their app and drove to the restaurant to pick it up. I went to the counter and told them that I ordered online and gave them my last name. They asked me if I was Door Dash. I told them I ordered through their app and showed them my phone with the order. They asked if I wanted to order it again since they didn't have it...ummmm. NO. I already paid for my order and am not paying again. They then handed me my bag and told me to enjoy it. As Charles Dickens would say, it was the best of times, it was the worst of times. The 3 meat platter was excellent. Ribs, chicken and brisket perfectly cooked and succulent, and though skimpy on the Bar BQ sauce it was QUITE tasty. Greens Beans were over cooked for my taste, but the flavors spot on. Save a slice of brisket and the Texas toast to have with eggs for my morning dessert. Fries were some of the best I've had in awhile. As I said, it was the best of times... Then there was the overly disappointing even pathetic Blondie I ordered for desert at a cost just shy of five bucks. My fiance' and I have eaten at this Dickey's 5 times. The food is pretty good. We both had bbq chicken sandwiches, baked beans and cole slaw. The chicken was tender and the sauces were very good, especially the sweet sauce. I like to mix the Carolina sauce and the sweet together. The baked beans go perfectly with the sandwich and coleslaw. My only complaint with this location is that the floor is very slippery. I thought it was just a fluke, but it has been that way all five times that I've visited, no matter what shoes I'm wearing. read more

We had a family dinner. So I ordered take out. This is what I got two racks of ribs 1 original sauce and 1 carolina, Brisket and Keilbasa both original sauce. Sides I got baked beans, mac and cheese, and string beans. I wouldn't say it's the best I've ever had. But everything was tender and tasty. I don't know if I had a favorite. The ribs and brisket were tender enough. The sauces were good. The sides a little over priced for what you get but they were good. Nothing knock you out delicious but good. Pro: the Jalapeño Cheddar Kielbasa was the standout protein of this dining experience. Just enough spicy kick to be respected and just enough cheese to smooth the spice out. The variety of BBQ sauces also goes a long way in this evaluation criteria. How a place RUNS OUT of all the aforementioned at 5:45PM on a Friday is beyond me. Had a great experience. Greeted by the owner when I walked in. Had the 2 meat combo with cole slaw and Mac and cheese. Brisket was tender and flavorful. I stopped in and and ordered 10 wings. They were cooked perfectly, and have a nice flavor. The staff were on top of things and friendly. I would rate this 2.5 stars but will round to 3. I REALLY wanted to enjoy this place but my first experience did not impress and I probably won't be going back. Let's start with the food. I ordered a 2 meat plate with ribs amd brisket. The brisket was about 40% giant globular of fat. It should never have been served that way to a customer. The brisket was tender but not smokey. The ribs were room temperature, soft and had very little flavor...again, zero taste of smoke. It was almost like they were cooked in a pressure cooker. The sides were good...baked beans and very hot crisp French fries. The staff was very pleasant and the young man who waited on me ran out of the store to give me a coupon for my next order. We got take out and I didn't go to the restaurant so I cannot comment on the restaurant itself. The food: sausage was delicious, with a distinctive black pepper taste. The ribs were juicy and tender with just the right amount of sweet savory goodness. The baked potato casserole was great; had a slight bacon taste. Cole slaw was tasty. Texas toast was very good. Pecan pie was also good. All food was perfectly seasoned. I was able to eat and enjoy everything. Nothing was overly salted, as I am on a low sodium diet. If I could give this establishment 0 stars I WOULD. I have been here 3 times and each time was more disappointing than the last, honestly I don't know why I came back. This fast food chain is unhygienic and the food is mediocre at best (that's being generous). Ordering here is a gamble of wether your food will taste ok or just plain bad. I ordered the garlic parmesan wings and the sauce tasted expired, when I ordered a giant baker one of my potatoes was rotten I was so repulsed I wanted to complain and give it back but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and silently tossed it. The second time I ordered for delivery and my food was ice cold it tasted as if they prepared my order the second they got it and then left it out to wait until the driver could pick it up, sauces did not come in my bag but instead came on my bag I could see bbq sauce smears all over the outside, my brownie was also not included and if it couldn't get any worse they forgot my drink at that point they should have given me a bag of air and I would have been more satisfied. My final visit I went with my son and his friend since they hadn't had a chance to try it and really wanted to I warned them again and again that they would be let down but they were naive and still wanted to go, so we did worst mistake they made that day! When we got there my table was sticky and it looked like it hadn't been whipped down from the costumers prior (I wonder if they were as disappointed as we were) My son and his friend both ordered a two meat plate which included Texas toast it should just be called bread because that's all it was bread not toasted, not roasted barley even heated up although the Texas toast was lacking the meat was delicious the young man in the back with orange dreadlocks who made it truly knew what he was doing it was delicious and tender and if he had made all the food this review would probably be much better I wish I had asked his name and given him a personal tip. Even though the meat was great the bread was my final straw for this fast food chain. The owner and manger here need to be throughly refreshed on how a clean and well worked establishment works the workers were for the most part good but the management was clearly not. The food was very fresh and yummy. As others have said the meat is warm but not hot. I had a pulled pork sandwich that came with a toasted garlic bun. The manager/owner was very friendly and eager to explain the difference between the items. The potato casserole was really good along with the fries and mac & cheese. For dessert, the brownie was very rich and chewy in a good way. It was pricy but you got what you paid for because overall the quality was good. Honestly one of the worst places we've ate from in a long long time. I just had major surgery so I'm unable to cook for my family as I would. I figured let's treat ourselves to some of our favorite food, barbecue. I've been waiting for months for this place to open so close to home. When we got the food home, we had none of our sauces that we paid for: they said they put the containers in the bags but what that was, was the sides. Not the sauces. When we went to eat our food my husbands ribs were bones with rub on them. Looked good... but he almost broke his teeth since there was actually zero meat on them. We each got the three meat platter, and oh my god it was disgusting. Complete slabs of fat. Completely in edible. And by slabs I mean 1" thick chunks of fat all through out with a sliver of meat on each. It was nauseating. We reached out, told them we both had a three meat platter that was inedible. We went back to pick it up and they only gave us one portion of pulled pork that was completely dry. Weird in contrast to the sopping wet fat before. And a few ribs. So one of us still didn't have really any food. We tried to split it but it wasn't enough for two people. It was 2 ribs each and 1/2 cup of pulled pork in total that was split between two people. The ribs I had were bones in the box and all the "meat" was mixed together. Couldn't tell one fatty thing from the next. It was literally a box of fat and bones. I wasted $56 on this.. something I didn't really have after surgery but again it was to treat ourselves. The only good thing was the coleslaw. Identical to popeyes. And having worked at Popeyes in the past, it's probably the same distributor. Beans are hunts. Nothing to write home about. Fried okra was tasteless but crunchy. We will not ever go back again, any we should've listened to the other reviews on grub hub, door dash, etc that all say the same things. This building had been vacant for almost a decade now due to rats with the old owners. Will never order from here again, others should not even give it a chance. Male employee seemed like he was high during our interaction. Female employee told me I can get utensils and sauces myself very rudely. I ordered the Family Pack which is suppose to serve 4-6 people, in which the portions were extremely small. The pulled pork and brisket was very dry and appeared to have been sitting in the small amount of sauce for hours, along with being cold, possibly left over from yesterday. I received one small container of Mac & cheese and mashed potatoes which was not nearly enough for 4-6 people, also cold. The Mac & cheese was just horrible and crappy. I ordered Texas toast but received 4 small cold dinner rolls (not enough for 4-6 people). Extremely over priced, rude employees and just horrible horrible dry food. My wife and I were looking forward to this place opening as we first ate at a Dickey's while vacationing down south and liked it. We both ordered the ribs and a couple sides. The ribs were well cooked and had a true smoked taste. The meat was very tender and moist. I had the potato salad and the mac and cheese. I enjoyed both. We split the pecan pie for dessert and we both were impressed with the taste. The price was what would be expected and the service was fast and friendly. My suggests are: Put a roll of paper towels on each table. Get some squeezy ketchup-like bottles and some 6-six-pack carrying cases and fill them with all the different sauces and place one on each table. I saw the owner placing a long table against the wall and he explained that was to hold all the sauces so customers can fill a little cup and take it to their table, or to take home with any left-overs. That works too!! I read some negative reviews, but we have to remember this is a new business in general and a new business name to our area. Give them some time. They are still getting trained, working out the kinks in all the processes, and most importantly, they are learning what their customers and community expect and want from them. I gave them 5 stars even though there are some issues, but the issues I noticed would be expected at this stage. The extra star is for the sincere effort and genuine concern I saw. I used to live in TX for a few years and the food down there is amazing of course as Texans know BBQ. I was excited to try this place but my fiancé and I walked in and as we were waiting in line some man bought a full rack of ribs and then a worker called out that they were sold out of ribs, okay fine cool. My fiancé gets a pulled pork sandwich and I get a double meat platter with pulled pork and brisket and two large drinks and the total comes out to $40. We go to get our drinks and almost all of the drinks are "out of order" besides the HC and Lemonade, I'm a type one diabetic to I can only have diet so I just bought $40 and I can't even get a drink like what the hell. Anyways, the meat was cold and my fiancés sandwich was small as hell. While we were there a lady even took a photo of the menu and took her sandwich upfront and said "this is the menu but this is what you gave me" which I don't blame her for.
