Take a moment and swing by Epic this time of year and shoppers will find some good deals on winter gear and equipment. I also found some new riding gloves for half off so I couldn't say no to a sale. Lots of gear to choose from and accessories are priced just right (and by just right I mean that Epic is very much in-line with that one popular online retailer). Given that it's a smaller store, I expected the selection to be limited; I found this to be true, but I was still able to cross everything off that I had on my list (lucky me!). All of the registers were self checkout, although there seemed to be cashiers on site for assistance and customer service. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with my visit. Although I'll still hit up the Northfield Target when I'm needing a bigger selection, I will definitely take advantage of the convenience of the Lowry location when I'm just in need of a few staple items!

She continued to argue with me and asked "would you rather have employees helping with the fitting room or register?" It took uttermost control not to respond to her unprofessionalism. She then begrudgingly opened a register to help customers murmuring insults under her breath as she did. I felt humiliated and embarrassed in front of my family and others who were in the store. I understand that employees might be under a lot of pressure these days, but that is no excuse for treating customers so disrespectfully. We have been long-time Under Armour fans, but this experience has left a very bad taste in our mouths. Afterward, my 4-year-old son told me, "I didn't know girls could dress up like bad guys."
