This store was by far the most helpful in terms of selection, knowledge, and the amount of time they were willing to spend answering questions and providing suggestions! I want to specifically mention Gabby because she helped me every time I came in to try on and narrow down what shoes to buy (3-4 times). She was awesome--very attentive and knew so much about not just the shoes but foot support in general. I am not a runner by any means but I am on my feet all day for work, and I found the store to be very accommodating. Finally settled on two pairs that I can rotate around as my feet need more stability. I did get the $2 VIP membership on their website for a better shoe price and shipping cost. Really really happy with my experiences here.

Going past the checkout register halfway inside, you reach sundries items and shoes/boots. The clearance section for both women and men is in the back next to the free fitting rooms. I found a nylon shell casual shirt for 50% off. The length was just right so I could wear it unticked. Searching for their branded T-shirts, I found 2 for 20% off. I asked Tim who was roaming the floor if they had 2 other colors in the back room, but no luck. Then I found a nylon down filled long sleeve coat for 30% off. So I saved $84.30 by shopping carefully. They applied discounts to already marked down merchandise which is rare. Their rewards program has changed, so I got a new Loyalty number.

The staff is a lot like the other locations, they seem to be bored to tears and they don't really give much customer service. They're not unfriendly - it's just a feeling of low energy.
