    I had a couple of hiccups with this location. We placed an order online to be picked up at this store. Everything went well, until all of a sudden the order got canceled. We assumed the item might've sold out, no longer in stock, or just bad inventory all around. We decided to go in the store to get what we needed. We asked the cashier what happened with our order and he had no idea. We asked if they had it in stock or if another location had it. They went to check and luckily there was one Betts Jersey left in my size. We also signed up to get $20 off purchases of $100 or more. We did all that at the store and when it came to checking out, it turns out the coupon wasn't available until after a few days or something. We ended paying full price, no problem. The manager explained to us, if we wanted, we could bring the jersey back and repurchase after we got the coupon to get that $20 back. I didn't get the coupon until a week later which was to expire in 2 days. I went back to the store with the coupon forgetting that the $20 was actually NOT a free $20 off anything. It was $20 off ANOTHER purchase for $100+. So basically, a trick to get you to buy more, which I didn't end up using. The coupon wasn't quite clear and tricky to be honest. Beware of those marketing schemes and ads you see online or in store! The only upside was that the staff were very understanding and helpful. We went back looking for another shirt but they didn't have it in stock and they were nice enough to call the El Segundo location to hold the item for us. We went to that location, picked up the item easily, and there were no issues. Just keep an eye on the sales and ads -- and know what you're really getting. Another suggestion for this store is to keep better inventory. There had a ton of the same stuff but limited in other areas.

    They work in a very unprofessional way. When I called the store, a man answered, and while he was talking to me, he kept chatting with other people. When I asked him to check my order and the item number, because I wanted to buy a Pickleball paddle, he told me to hold on, but he just kept talking loudly to others. He never even told me whether the paddle was available in the store or not. He just kept talking to other people. I had to say "hello, hello" many times, but he still didn't respond. I'm really disappointed with the way dick Store Torrance operates. I highly recommend that people do not shop here, because I booked online and it didn't even work. They canceled my order and never explained how they checked. Their checking was careless and irresponsible.

    BEWARE OF PRICE GOUGING We purchased 1 sweater that had a price tag of $60. We didn't notice until walking out the doors that they charged us $65 instead, plus tax. We went back to have it fixed and thankfully they did honor it, but what if we didn't notice? $5 charged extra per sweater x how many people purchase it is very shady. How many other items are being overcharged at checkout?

    I've been looking for a bike since the pandemic started, and the nationwide shortage was a nightmare. Finally, after MONTHS--I found one bike online that was available in the store, and when I came, there was ONE left in inventory, so I snagged it. The bike is PERFECT, and I've had some great rides along The Strand. So happy with my purchase of a women's comfort bike.

    They only have one cashier while they have 5 other staff standing talking instead of helping. Horrible customer service!!

Instead of finding someone who could help, a female manager got on the phone and dismissively said, "We don't do that here," without any professional explanation or courtesy.For a shop that claims to offer custom building and has high ratings, the lack of technical knowledge and poor customer service over the phone is shocking. They just wanted to take a blind online order without ensuring proper spec matching.If you are a serious golfer looking for precise, high-end custom work or frequency matching, save your time. Go to a real professional shop instead.
