I love Yeti .... Over the years my husband and I have purchased many of their products and have been enjoying them every day. The quality is amazing. Very durable and lasts very long. We have a few water bottles and mugs. Their coolers are the best and we leave ours in the car so everytime we go somewhere we can fill it up with drinks and ice. This store is amazing with so many choices of products ready to purchase instead of ordering online. We bought a green lunch bag for my husband who packs lunch from home. Beautiful made and durable. Horrible experience. I came in with my family looking to buy their products and we were immediately met with uncomfortable stares from employees. We were the only Latinos in the store, and were being watched the entire time. As we were leaving, a worker rushed to the door to watch us leave, as if we were stealing. I did not see them do this for any other customers. It was a humiliating experience to feel targeted like that. read more

YETTI SUCKS When you have a high end product (you paid big bucks for it) the Brand (the store) should have a trade in policy. They don't! And they are smug bout it. They offer a cooler with no wheels with a strap that can be used over the shoulder. Yeah, right! Try it. A quick way to herniate your disc. It's a defective product and they should recall them before someone gets hurt. Wait! My back hurts! I was willing to trade it it for a more expensive cooler with wheels. No can do. Yetti sucks. Really, they do. Or, at least, this store does. But wait! It keeps shit cold. I'll give them that. But what good is it? You can barely carry it to the car? This is the second YETI store in California that just opened on Black Friday of this year. It is a bit smaller than the Carlsbad store but they seem to have a good selection of products. It is located within an outdoor shopping center called The Point. All of the employees were friendly and we were greeted immediately when entering. The store is still new so the employees are still working out some of the kinks. We were charged the regular price for a sale item because of a system issue. Good thing we realized this before leaving the shopping center and were able to go back to get it fixed. The employee informed us that they were trying to contact us because they realized the error after we left. They're currently running a promotion for a free gift with purchase of over $200. read more

I have multiple homes where I've bought multiple over priced coolers for, around 20 tumblers, 12 coozies, two chairs, and numerous gifts for people..:onethat included a cocktail shaker top and was jammed. I went to exchange it because it happened more than once and the manager unjammed it and refused exchange it. And when I asked that I'd have to drive back when it happened again, he said yes. Absolute joke of customer service from a store that sells high end products. I als own lots Rtic products that are actually have better design and functionality for 1/2 the cost. Especially their soft side coolers and coozies. They lost me as a customer. This store also closes before the work day even ends most days so I'm not sure the point. read more

We bought a yeti backpack, ramblers, etc. I've been a yeti consumer for years and having to come to the store in person is a great way to see product and choose more calmly. I've been a huge yeti fan for years. This is the first item I've ever tried to return merchandise and they wouldn't take it. I had the original box and receipt , but didn't have the inside packaging and they said that they would not take any merchandise that has been used. How are you supposed to know if it works if you don't use it? The cocktail shaker I received as a gift, leaks. Yeti needs to change the return policy before they lose more customers.. read more

Now this review isn't on the service because all and all it was excellent. But it's on the end service that I received. When I was getting rung up I saw they had a special were you spent certain amount you get a free gift so I was like ok she's gonna tell me if I want to spend this much more to get it. As I waited she said nothing still and so I brought it up I said "how much more do i have to spend so get the gift" she swiped my card and said oh you just needed a $1.50 more. Like really you couldn't have said or promoted your free gift before we finished the transaction, who wouldn't want to spent a dollar fifty more for a free gift. read more

Tried to return some merchandise I had purchased but decided I wasn't going to use. Product was still brand new never used and I even presented the receipt. They said no. Wow. Bought a Yeti Loadout box about two weeks ago July 31, that i don't not use was supposed to be a gift but no longer was going to give and i drove hour and a half to go return it with my receipt & the guy at the store told me did do not Returns in its condition because it had "minor scratches" that can be buffed out he did not want to accept the return knowing it's still with in the 30 days.
