He was very good . My car look like it just came off the showroom floor . The engine cleaning was well worth it. Highly recommended.

Taking a 2 hour lunch and making a 30 minute drive on a rainy day, I decided to pay for the most premium car wash experience called the "Ultimate Wash". Again, it was a rainy day, so all that was needed was the vacuum inside the car. Following the wash (with a tip) I raced back to work after the long lunch and drive back to the office. At the end of the day, I noticed the back of my car had not been touched. Hair all over the place. When I called, the owner did not even get on the phone with me, and did not offer any discount or refund. I will never go back, nor will I ever recommend.

I always get the ultimate wash and the van always looks nice, they even clean out the rear of the van. I noticed when I arrived home that one of the 3rd row seats was up instead of being stowed away. There's no reason for the workers to mess with the seats. Last week I needed to carry something large but the seat wouldn't go down. I took it to Anderson Toyota. It cost me $103 for them to check it out and the estimate to repair the broken seat is $832! There was no reason for the vacuum staff or the finishing staff to touch the third row seats. They didn't even have the honesty to admit that they broke the seat, but instead left it for me to find. If lawyers weren't so expensive I would sue the owner for damage to my Sienna van. Do not use this carwash!!!

You know... I really wanted to like this place. Great reviews, local shop and very friendly…read morecustomer service from the start. But wow did that change before I even got my car back. We decided to test out another local shop through insurance and when I originally took my car in for review, they questioned how a dent had happened as it wasn't where the main issues were located. Told them and all was good. Left, made an appointment and took it in when we arranged - was told they needed it minimum of 5 days so that pushed the date back twice due to holiday and having prior plans. They worked well around my schedule which was super helpful. They called my mother at one point to ask again how X happened and she explained and they said something along the lines of "okay. We have a great relationship with Statefarm so we just don't want to ruin that". Sounds to me like I was assumed to be lying... For no reason. Kind of rude, but moving on. Later, I received a call on the 4th day (Thursday) around 11am stating that my car was done and was ready to be picked up. Cool but very annoying as I work Downtown in Chicago so I can't just hop in my rental and head 2 hours to the shop to get it. Then I ask if I can just get it the following day and they followed back with that they are actually CLOSING THE SHOP due to heat and we HAD to pick it up by end of day. This was the first red flag I should've noticed but dismissed. As noted previously, they said minimum of 5 days.... this was day 4. Never was I notified prior to 11am on Thursday that they were close to being done or that they were even closing shop the following day. I had to have my parents go pick it up as Chicago traffic is a nightmare. They went to get it and this is where I get really upset with this shop. My parents go in to get it, are told to pay without checking it out first and so they paid. Then they were sent over to the car to get it and leave. My dad went around and looked at it all and brought up the fact that it was not done correctly and that he will not accept it as it is. They had the audacity to be upset with him for speaking up and refusing it and had an attitude with him. Of all people, my dad? You're ridiculous. He pointed out what was wrong and they stated that he needed to take it and I would have to bring it back the following Monday because "they didn't want it in their shop over the weekend." Sly but no, you can't be let off that easily. If I were there, they would've taken advantage of the oblivion that I would've had and I would've left with a car not fixed properly and an angry father. They ended up calling I believe on the following Tuesday saying it was done so I had my dad go check it out again for verification and he accepted it this time though it wasn't fully how it should've been repaired. All has been good up until the last week when I hit a raccoon and what do you know..... the poor job that they did, was showing like no other. Paint was chipping everywhere, not adhering to the bumper and missing pieces/latches from a supposed "new bumper". Took it back to my actual auto shop and he knew instantly that I took it elsewhere prior and questioned if I did so. I told him I did and he pointed out exactly what I had previously said. The work they did to my front bumper was done very poorly and in a rush. Now I'm replacing it once again and I will NEVER return to this establishment. Take your time on your work, learn how to effectively communicate with paying customers, treat ALL customers with respect and own up to your own mistakes. Shame on you for speaking down to my dad and being shady about your poor work.
