My 2015 MINI John Cooper Works needed an oil change. I am very iffy about where I take my vehicle to for servicing. You can't trust just anybody to work on your vehicle when you are away from home. So I looked up Detroit Tuned to take my MINI for servicing. They gave me an appointment for a Thursday when I understood it was on a Wednesday, however when I showed up at Detroit tuned on the Wednesday they did not hesitate to give me service right away. These people are awesome. They made me feel welcomed. Their business is nice and clean. They have a nice lounge with a sofa with a TV and games if you want to play while you wait. They also have lots of performance parts they sell in case you feel like modifying your MINI and want to make it fast or other upgrading. A driver responding to an accident in front of our home dumped vehicle debris onto our property without permission, using our garbage cans as if they were public equipment. At no point did he ask, explain, or show the slightest consideration for the homeowners whose property he was affecting. When my wife tried to address the situation, he immediately escalated to aggressive, hostile language and an intimidating demeanor. It was unsafe enough for the police to be called. While we waited for them to arrive, he directed the same behavior toward me. Troy Auto Transport on Stephenson Hwy is confrontational, disrespectful, and completely devoid of professionalism. Accidents happen. Cleanup is part of the job. Treating nearby residents like obstacles instead of people is a choice. They treat you kindly, and with respect, and I can't complain about the big comfy couch in the waiting area. The customer napping in the waiting area told us that she has been a loyal customer for 22 years. That really says something in these days of swindling and crooked auto shops. After a recent tie rod installation, we felt that the Altima needed a front wheel alignment. When they saw that it didn't need one, they only charged us a small diagnostic fee and were honest in telling us that no alignment was needed. Many shops out there would have just done the alignment and charged us, or worse, exploited the already optimal alignment and act as if they aligned it since we requested one be done. We decided to put the diagnostic fee towards replacing the old and worn drive belt anyway, which also was a fair price. There may be some shops that are cheaper than Master Auto, but the cool thing about this place is that the folks really know what they're doing and they're honest people. They won't recommend you to do anything the car doesn't need. I would rather pay a middle of the road rate with a high caliber and honest shop, rather than be woo'ed by cheap shops that will falsify a laundry list of issues and scam you of hard earned money! We will definitely be returning to Master Auto for our vehicular needs! This is a great dealership replacement shop.

Pulled in with a leaky bleeder valve , barely dripping, left with paying them just under 400 for a thermostat car didn't need and bleeder valve still leaking but when they looked at it , pulled the hose to hard and cracked the nozzle on the overflow tank and not car is spraying like a garden hose.
