I used to work here and in my experience it was one of the worst jobs I've had. The store manager often created an environment that felt hostile with gossip and comments that made me and others uncomfortable. I also felt targeted by microaggressions while working here. I was even yelled at in front of customers by a coworker who had been rehired despite past issues. This same person often made inappropriate remarks about women, which added to an unprofessional atmosphere. I raised these issues to HR, but in my opinion they were not taken seriously. Instead of improvements, the work environment only got worse. Very disappointing experience, in my view, this is not a healthy or respectful place to work. read more

Brought 2 pairs of diesel jeans for $400 2 years ago. They were worn only a few times and the denim in the seat started to tear- this is very cheap denim . Both jeans look brand new. All the store can say is sorry. If the pants rip within 30 days they could do something. I have spent thousands each year at Diesel but never again . The clothes are cheap quality for designer prices. Last purchase I will ever make with this brand. Beware!!! read more

Not impressed, a store in the desert that doesn't sell shorts(not bathing suits)! A little surprised, not going to lie! I don't think we've ever left a diesel store without buying something before. The employees however were friendly and continually offered help. Below is why my 3 star rating was dropped to 1 star . . . . WOW - went back a second time this weekend before heading back to San Diego, just to see if maybe they got anything new in. . . . . and couldn't find a single shirt that was small, so I asked and received the following as a response "Yeaaaaa we do, but probably not in any style you would wear!" SERIOUSLY!?!? I wasn't sure how to take that comment, so I just decided on finding another store to purchase something at. read more

Is this an outlet or just a regular store? The price point seems it is an outlet when it comes to accessories but it looks like I've just been to one of their stores when I was browsing their jeans selection. The price of their denim is just as the same as what's on their regular stores. If you want discount, head towards Nordstrom Rack for half the price of what they are offering. Their shoe selection looks like a dumpster. They are better off donating those to an orphanage in a third world country. Service? They are friendly and helpful. It's just unfortunate that I did not see anything worth carrying or wearing around for that price. read more

The girls working here were really cool and helpful. And even though I didn't end up getting the pieces that I thought I would at this Diesel... I would totally come back next time because of the overall great vibe and clothes here. (Diesel cuts really well for my body type.) This store has good products but the staff is terrible. We were very surprised to find out they make racist jokes about the customers if they think they don't speak English. I would expect at least some respect from the salesperson. He was very aggressive said we were losers to another employee because he thought we didn't speak English. Very disappointed in this store. I bought a scarf here last year that has been great over the time but in the few times I've been back, I've been disappointed with this store. I don't believe that the discounts are deep enough on the items and some clothes, that appear to be ignored by the employees, should be lower price-wise than the rest but aren't. The staff can be friendly but also indifferent and slightly ignorant. Plus, it's pretty dark in here considering the lighting and dark wall color. Overall, it's not great but there could be something that you find that makes it worthwhile. read more

The discounts are deep compared to the regular price, usually about 40-50% off. I've bought a few pairs of jeans here at pretty good prices. The men's selection is way better than the women's. The women's clothes are kinda weird. I'm not really a fan of their non-denim stuff. They have purses too. Just got a great super soft leather clutch for $40. My man always finds tons of stuff here for himself but I usually only find one or two things for myself. read more

This store is pretty fun! Good music, fun atmosphere. Some of the deals were awesome but some of the jeans were still a little expensive. I was told the new styles aren't marked down that much at first. Pretty good selection. Wish they had some more button ups and shirts in my size but I found a few! read more
