I had an extremely disappointing experience with this business. I paid for delivery, but my order was never delivered. No one called me, and my doorbell camera showed no evidence that anyone attempted to make the delivery. Instead, I was forced to drive and pick up the order myself. When I explained the situation and requested a refund of the delivery fee and tip that had been automatically charged, the staff refused. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, they responded with a dismissive and rude attitude. To make matters worse, I spent over $160 on a small bouquet with no vase and a fruit arrangement that did not justify the price. The quality and value were far below what I expected for the amount I paid. Mistakes can happen, but refusing to take responsibility for a failed delivery and treating a paying customer poorly is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business and will not be returning. read more

I spent $120 to send a sympathy package for a recently deceased person and because nobody was at the house they want to charge me to re-deliver it. When I called to complain, I was dismissed even though on their website, they did not tell me that for each failed delivery you have to pay $5.99. I was given a customer service number 678-992-2390 and when I called it at 2:45 pm, an automated message said that they were closed. I asked for a refund and they wouldn't give it to me. They just told me I have to drive an hour to Henderson to go pick it up myself. SERIOUSLY?!??. Service and quality had improved and I am happy with several purchases here. The staff has been very helpful and they gave great recommendations on the occasion I was looking for. The fruit is fresh and well packaged. I was able to bring a large fruit bouquet and it lasted in the office fridge for the day. The cheesecake was good and very well packaged. It is Mother's Day and I received a call that I had a delivery, but I was not home and they could not leave it outside because it is too warm. I was asked when I would be home next and I gave them about a 45 minute window because it is Mother's Day and I am not at home today for very long. Then this woman proceeds to tell me that I can come pick up the delivery and they are open until 7 PM. I was actually taken aback. I then told her that was not going to happen and that she can re-deliver it tomorrow. I gave her a time frame. She then starts to make her delivery scheduling a me issue instead of just figuring it out and having any kind of customer service ability. I am appalled that this is how they treat customers. Nobody needs to listen to the back end of how things work at any business when they are the recipient of a gift on a Mother's Day. read more

I LOVE this place. The customer service is impeccable to include that the staff is courteous and kind. I was celebrating my moms Mother's Day a week earlier; an arrangement my sister and I planned earlier. I live in Reno, Nevada and purchased my order on line in the hopes that my mom received her lovely arrangement on time. My date to arrive was the date the order was to be delivered. What I didn't know was that my mom had arranged for all of us to go out that afternoon to eat. YIKES! I knew my order could be delivered anytime before 6PM but OMG, this entire thing was to be a surprise. Horrible customer service. Went to pick up a gift from my son due to not being home the day they tried to deliver to me. The store called me on Sunday and I told them I was in another state flying back on Monday. I asked if they could redeliver on Monday after 2. I was told no due to a heavy delivery schedule and given and address to come pick it up. I was told it would be placed in the refrigerator for me to pick up at 1:30. I arrive and the manager could not find my gift. Said he needs to make it, wait 55 minutes or come back later. I said no, Can you just redeliver it to me tomorrow? He ran in the back of the store ran back to front of store and said 15 minutes. I said no, Can you just redeliver to me tomorrow. I just came straight from the airport and I need to get home. He said five minutes. I started to get annoyed and said I was doing them the favor of coming in to pick it up. My son paid for delivery. He interrupted me and the more he kept talking over me the more I was getting mad. I asked three times for him to stop interrupting me. He was so rude. Told me to stop talking down to him when I was not talking down to him. How could I even talk down to him when he kept interrupting me? I was telling him some facts about the order. He started making up a lie in one of his interruptions about my order wasn't supposed to even be delivered until today. Yet there was no order waiting. Lying to the customer will lead to angering a customer more, so due to having cake all over his face from knowing he was wrong and would not be able to bully me into waiting He shouted , I'm cancelling the order. My mother's day gift from my son to me. I told him he was a horrible horrible horrible person. So....he's a manager and he should be able to handle a customer being upset and dealing with it appropriately, but now a days Customers are never right anymore. But today I ordered 12 strawberries on Valentines day - at around 1:00pm - I asked for a 2:30 Pickup - paid in advance online and we are good to go. GOT MY CONFIRMATION Yay !!!!! - Went in at 2:15 and they were running behind - I get it - I'm early - it's Valentines Day - no worries - so I come back at 3:30 (1 hour and 15 minutes later) - place is crazy - again I understand its Valentines Day - Wait in line (again) for my turn and I am then told it will be at least another hour before they catch up and there is nothing they can do. What ?!?!? - Ok let me get this straight - you took my money - you confirmed a pickup time - I came "near" the pickup time - I fully understood how backed up you were - came back an hour later and you are telling me you are another hour behind ?!?!? - WAIT IT GETS BETTER - As I am asking for a refund (I am now officially no longer happy and cordal I am now angry but reserved), a woman walks up next to me to pick up her order - they ask her the same question - "what time did you schedule your Pickup" she responds "3:30" which it is at this point. - 10 seconds later they hand her her box of Strawberries and she is out the door. I'm like WTF just happened !!! - The Manager hands me my refund receipt and I said "so her pickup was an hour after mine but she got her stuff...can you explain that to me ?" She ordered it for pickup, so I can't comment on delivery service. When I went to pick it up, the guy was very fast and very friendly. It was ready at the time she had ordered it for. Originally, I was prepared to give this location 1 star, due to the fact that the order I purchased wasn't delivered in it's entirety. It was missing the "Just because" balloon. I paid $7 for the damn balloon! Lmao I'm not being petty but sheesh... So anyways, once I heard it about it not being received, I immediately called the store and spoke with Hector about my order. He apologized and I could hear the sincerity in his voice. I was dead ass about to tell him to go back and deliver the balloon!
