I am the VP of a public relations company who has provided them with dozens of referrals and gave them thousands of dollars in business. Then, on a run of nearly 13,000 offer cards for a restaurant we represent, the artwork printed wrong and the only solution the owner would provide was to give us 15% off a re-run. This was a $324 order! He told us it wasn't his fault - because even though the way we sent the artwork over looked fine on our end - he said it opened incorrectly on his end. They do not provide proofs and worst of all - they make you pay first before they start the job, so if you're not happy -- too bad, no refunds! When I told him he would lose our future business if he couldn't make it right, he didn't care. I will be finding a new printing company! -- Lots of words added by the owner when my review is simple, I was not happy and he did not provide quality customer service. Quick, Simple and out convenient. My friend ordered some beautiful inserts from them very good quality and inexpensive for the turn around time. I needed 500 business cards so I knew right where to go. I sent my proof early that day and it was ready later that afternoon. Printing is good quality, and it should be for the amount you pay. DO NOT deal with Adam. He's an ass and knows nothing about customer service; very smug and confrontational and does not listen to the clients needs. Just when I thought I was impressed with these guys, they raise the bar. I had to get some last minute cards for the holiday. I bumbled my order, and requested it be cancelled, which they refunded immediately. I looked at another service to try to save money, but I knew if I wanted it done fast and right, it was best to go with Digital Insight. These guys are truly awesome. They have super affordable prices and we're always able to get ahold of them on the phone. They provide us the exact templates that we need for our printing solutions. If there is a problem, they let us know way ahead of time. So easy to work with, I recommend them to everyone. We used the for our WordCamp Vegas event. My review over 2 years ago was a 5 star, that's when Joe Rock was working there helped me with designing my business cards, unfortunately Joe left. Now the last 2 times I have dealt with Jose Ybarra...OMG...rude and arrogant and talks at you!! Got my cards ALL wrong! Not sure what is so hard about just reprinting my cards...nothing changed on them! On the last 2 orders the print size was ALL wrong! Different style of font and small. After pointing this out on this last order that I need the font made bigger...the font was SOO small! He didn't listen and did what seemed what he wanted and made the font SO small. He's just a rude guy! The owner needs to get rid of him, he's losing a customer here!! I will not be ordering again from this company...VERY DISAPPOINTED with the customer service. read more
