Locally owned and operated, Rusty the owner, came by the house and spend a good amount of time listening to our ideas and going over options that would work best with our floor plan and current components. Rusty is a straight shooter, a wealth of information and experience, his passion comes through very clearly. Unlike bids from other companies Rusty did not try to up sale or push products we did not want or need. He only offered items that would benefit our current system maximizing its use and was as enthusiastic about our project as I was. The bid was clear and concise and the work started right away. A team of four, Seth, Vanna, Bryan and Andreas. Showed up early and worked all day. At one point There was one guy in the crawl space, on in the attic and two inside communicating and feeing them wires through the walls. Rusty even stopped by throughout the day to offer assistance and to see if I was satisfied with the progress. The guys took great care of our home and belongings covering the room with plastic to protect furniture and cleaned up at the end of the day. We were left with a clean house and an amazing home theater system; One mounted TV above the fireplace, all components routed to a closet out of sight, hidden speakers in the ceiling, new can lights for the main room and one really cool app and remote to control everything including dimming the lights to what ever percentage you wish. I have dreamed of my own home theater system for a long time and absolutely love the end product. We find such pleasure sitting in my own living room and becoming lost in the movie giving us the full movie theater experience. Thank you D.I. Rick showed up the following day and made sure everything was programmed properly, pulling and modifying codes to make some of the older equipment work with the newer seamlessly. Last Friday Digital Installers successfully completed (in one working day!) a very challenging job that included the installation of a Samsung 55" 9000 Series Curved TV, relocating a 55" Samsung LED TV, relocating a 32" Plasma TV, pulling new wire from one room to another through almost impossible attic configurations establishing a slave connection from our Direct TV Receiver in one room to a new one. They also set up two (2) Sonos speaker/systems integrated into two (2) TV's as well as Pandora, Rapsody? ect. as well as installing two (2) new Blue Ray players. All of the equipment was downloaded into a universal remote flawlessly! The crew arrived on time at 8:00 a.m. and worked non-stop the entire day until the job was completed at 7:00 p.m. Rusty's (the owner) crew was polite, courteous and professional leaving our home as clean as it was when they started. The quality of their work was outstanding! Having to cut several access holes through the drywall initially had me a little nervous in the beginning. But when the job was done I could barely see where the holes were cut. They simply did an outstanding job, from begining to end, and we could not be more pleased with the end result! 9/19/16 Impeccable service!!!!!!After Cox Communications left a mess with my TV's, aesthetically hanging cable and boxes on the wall and still no internet capabilities and no training. Well, this is the second time Rusty and team have exceeded expectations..... first time, about 12 years ago with my first 50" Plasma purchase... not only did Rusty and team install the TV, but they optimized my audio setup in order to take full advantage of the capabilities.... Fast forward to 2 weeks ago, when Evan and Elvis did an awesome install of all new equipment, 75" Sony, and awesome Sonos surround system... I was dubious about the 5 star reviews I read but after using Digital Installers I am writing one myself. I had particular audio and visual needs from more TV audio clarity, better music sound, establish wireless access to my computer music library, etc. Reuben visited my home, listened to my needs and promptly sent a recommended list of equipment with a price list. After some discussion we agreed on a modified list and within a few days Reuben was back himself doing the installation and training me how to use some of the equipment, including a great universal remote. He also returned later at my request to re-train me on a couple of things. The service was excellent and I am very happy with my new system. read more

We've used Digital Installers a number of times over the years. They did an awesome job of installing our entire home theater system when Sonos was initially available in the marketplace. We've continued to use them to upgrade our system as new things come on the market. After my terrible experience with Digital Installers '10, I thought maybe they'd be better so gave them another try. The quoted me a ridiculous price to have my LCD TV mounted, with a power outlet ,( 430) then tried to tell me that my TV was "old anyway" and should be replaced (without even seeing it). I can't believe they're still in business. They don't even have a valid c10 electrical license ...thus yet still offering a power outlet install. YOU BEEN WARNED look for yourself . They do have a c7 license (low voltage only ) if that makes any sense.Hope this helps. I will be reporting this to contractors board with a copy of estimate .beware read more

My business rented their conference room at 1530 E Wardlow for 4 hours. -Appearance was professional. -Chairs were very comfortable. -Advanced technology throughout, super capable. -Receptionist assisted us with greeting arrivals and provided refreshments. I have been relying on Digital Installers to install all my TVs, cameras, security and surroundsound for all my businesses for decades. They have always done a great job. That's why when I bought a house in Buckeye Arizona I asked them to come out and install my cameras, TVs and surroundsound for my new residence.
