My first pair of inserts were issued about a month after the impressions were made. I had no change in my condition so I went back to my podiatrist and they said my inserts were not made correctly. it has been 6 months now and they are re-making my inserts for the 4th time. I now have a deformity that may be permanent or require surgery. Stay away from this business!!!
