This place was great. I noticed some of the reviews are for another location. I forgot to get a picture of this location, but is was very nice. It was a big white building with no trash outside. All the staff was friendly, up-beat, and helpful. Every person coming in and out had a smile on their faces and seemed pleased with the services they received. I was there while a customer came in to have his device oiled properly and he was treated so nicely. My appointment was quick and thorough, what more could you ask for. First off the front receptionist ( with black glasses Melissa ) is so unprofessional, zero customer service, lazy, didn't want to check me when I arrived 15 minutes early to get checked in. The boxes she was assembling was more important than to check me in. Melissa is the Manger ZERO customer service. Melissa confirmed that they do not review patients charts before opening hours , confirming what Dr for what appointments are needed. Book appointments. Without confirming if a doctor is going to be available or not, this is all been confirmed by the office manager Melissa also also don't forget they knew that the doctor was leaving for clinics and didn't call the appointments that they had for the day even though they knew . After almost 2 months and 2 attempts at making a knee brace I have decided that I have had enough with this place. The office staff especially the older guy were unprofessional and rude. I am in the process of filing a grievance with my insurance. After reading other reviews on David Sulis on Yelp and other sites I believe them 100%. He has an attitude problem and obviously hates dealing with the public.   First time I went to this office I overheard the "older guy", David Sulis, complaining how his staff was lazy and would rather stay on unemployment and not return due to the Covid 19 epidemic. He then comes in and says that he doesn't do braces  and needed to get someone else to help me. I think this is strange because he was obviously the most "senior" person in the office. 3 weeks later and numerous calls I finally get the first brace. He blamed me stating they were trying for weeks to reach me. I basically laughed it off because he obviously didn't know what he was talking about. Like a patient would sit idle with a torn ligament and not being able to walk correctly. Definitely not a priority.   The second attempt at the brace was even worse. My orthopedist and his assistant both were shocked at the fitment. He was upset at this and stated they don't make braces and don't know what they are talking about. That makes perfect sense! Who would have thought someone with a doctorate doesn't know what he was talking about? He was obviously irritated at the fact that I returned for the new brace. I always try to be professional and cordial even if I don't like someone. When he entered the office I said "hi, how are you?" He didn't even acknowledge I said anything. Immediately when I put on the brace I noticed it still had an inch gap on either side of my knee. Basically, I would have to completely dislocate my knee for it to have provide any stability.   I explained this is the same problem I was having with the old brace. He snapped at me saying something along the lines of "let me do my job before I make any assumptions." Acknowledging his error he yelled I give up and threw the brace on the ground and walked out. Unprofessional! The brace cost my insurance $1000+ each and should do something. Secondly, being a medical professional you should have a bit of common decency and a level of professionalism. I would advise others not to go to this office and ask for a referral to a different one. read more

I was looking for a particular device and got their number off the manufacturer web site as local office that carries it. However once the stuff realized the type of insurance I have, and that it will take a lot of effort on their part to get it apoved, I was told every single time Michelle would call back and email the price list, info and still have not received anything from her. Waited 3 weeks for an appointment so that they could hand me a shoe that was too big. I called the next day, they told me to make another appointment 2 weeks out. Not acceptable so, I spoke to the manager and was placed on hold 20 minutes. I hung up, total waste of my time! Nothing was resolved! read more

Made an appointment a few weeks ago. I confirmed the address twice. 1666 Medical Center Dr ste 4 San Bernardino, CA, United States When I got to the place no one was there. The place was disgusting including an drug needle in the dirt next to the door. Come to find out they gave me the wrong address. My appt was at a different location. But they do make appts at the address they gave me. I would have never scheduled an appointment in Riverside. They then said I was 20 minutes away and I told me o had to be at their riverside address within 15 minutes or they would cancel my appt! It was 40 minutes away. I drove 1-1/4 hour to get to my appt and they do this. In total I lost 3-1/2 hours out of my day because they can't figure out what office they work out of. This office is not fit to do business. I brought my son here for AFOs. The wait time is ridiculous, (over an hour) the front desk isn't very friendly or professional, but the Orthotist we saw was pretty nice and did my son's AFO molds pretty quickly and hopefully they come out ok. I booked our next appt to pick up the AFOs and when I called to confirm the front desk had marked a totally different time and date and I had to reschedule an even later date that I originally booked. They issued no apology for their mistake and they pretty snotty over the phone. After this pair of braces we're most likely going elsewhere. I really wanted to give this place a good review but unfortunately I have brought my 9month old daughter here for her appointments, one appointment was to get her fitted for her new ortho club foot correction shoes. And the second was to try them on. The first appointment was scheduled at 8am keep in mind that it was raining that day I get there at 8:05am and I rush to get my baby out of the car so we get out of the rain but to my surprise when I go up to the door its locked. they ended up waiting until 8:30 to open which I found stupid because our appointment was suppose to be at 8am and even the sign shows it opens at 8am. Even being annoyed I think to myself that maybe they are running late. The topping of the cake was that the doctor took almost an hour, I asked the girl in the front what was taking so long and she said that she had already told him 3 times to come down stairs. Fast forward to yesterday 12/19/18 they call me to confirm that we will be able to make it to our 8am appointment today 12/20/18, so I confirm. And yet again they aren't open when I get there at 8am, I called and very rudely the woman that answered said that she doesn't open until 8:30am. Not only is this woman rude I ask her then why did they schedule me at 8am, her response was she'll be down at 8:30. So they should change the sign to opens at 8:30am, take a class on how to make their patients feel welcome, and stop scheduling appointments when the office is still closed. read more

I love the professional that does the fittings and owns the business. However the office staff needs some training. They charged me co pays when I should not have paid anything. Then they knew I was going into surgery and would not get me in prior to my surgery so I had to go without my very custom brace. I lost weight and now the brace is too big and I had to go get it with my stitches in. The owner is great. read more

This was one of the worst experiences I had at a medical group in a long while. I called ahead of time to see if I need to make an appointment and I was told to just walk in. I walked in and was told that I needed to make an appointment, I dropped off my prescription. They said they would call me the next day after four days went by I did not hear anything so I called them and they didn't know who I was ... ugh... I set another appointment to come in. When I came in I paid for the brace then they told me I didn't have the right paperwork it's been over a week they had my stuff. I got it faxed over because they gave me a deer in the headlight look. So I did their job for them and they said they would call me the next day again!!!!! Another week went by nothing ! I called back and did their job for them again and they said we can't help you something with insurance... long story short, they are lazy, unorganized, unknowledgeable, and rude. read more
