I've been gym hopping for years and would consider myself a gym junkie, 7 day a weeker, and the variety and personal attention you get at DiHard is like no where else, not only with the affordable personal training, but in group classes as well. In addition, these people LOVE their jobs and care about everyone who walks through those doors! The work outs are NEVER the same and always challenge you whether a beginner or have been working out for years. Diane is amazing. I've been training with her for over 10 years now and she pushes you to your max and will be your BIGGEST support every step of the way. Whether it's an injury that needs modifications, or you're just having a crappy day, when you leave you will feel amazing and she will make sure of it. This gym has every shape, size, ability level, and most importantly the best people you would want to work out with. Everyone is so welcoming and you're joining one giant family who helps each other out. Russ and Shelly are just as amazing and supportive. DiHard fitness is like no other gym on the North Shore. Not only are the instructors all fantastic, the prices are very reasonable for the quality of the workout. The class schedule is so unique (spin, TRX, box, barre... you name it, they have it) and you will never get bored with the same old routine. I was never a faithful gym member until I met Diane, she genuinely changed my life. In addition to a great team of skilled instructors, the other members of the gym are so supportive. I am not good with losing weight, my diets are always up and down. When I joined Dihard, I was seriously at my highest weight I had ever been. Diane and her team made no judgement, all they wanted to do is help. They stayed with me every step of the way, and became more like a family than a workout center.
