Lot's of physical therapy from TENS and Heat to a traction table and use of massage pad and a micro adjuster gun. He loosened up my lower back then using traction, he was able to adjust my lumbar region providing instant relief to the pressure that was causing the pain. He also did traction on my neck and using the traction device was able to adjust my neck. It's been a couple of days and I'm feeling much better. I loved the different therapeutic methods to deal with my acute pain. Definitely will come back if I tweak the back again.

My mother, being the old school Mexican she was, told me to take a nap and see how I feel. Long story short, I was rushed to her chiropractor at the time, and he fixed my neck.
