I've been seeing Dilbert Sroan DS for many years except last few years when I moved out from the area. He was doing the basic work like cavities and install a bridge for me. That bridge he installed some time ago, did not go all the way up against gums and left anchoring last tooth exposed and risking cavity from bacteria, etc. ""well, it's too late now to remove it and glue it back again" he said back then. We both knew that was wrong but I l;eft it alone and moved out from are. Now, after few years the damage happened as we both knew it will happen. He couldn't make simple filling because he didn't know how and left it rough and uneven causing food to accumulate in there. It is deceiving to respond with incorrect information. (1) The one who responded was not even present at the clinic at the time the service was offered. So someone in the clinic fed false statements. (2) The patient scheduled another cleaning with different clinic right after the visit to Dilber Sraon DDS, and the patient received a full routine cleaning there. Incompetent business practice is one, but deceiving customer base is another. Hence dropping two stars to one. If you continue to attempt to deceive the Yelp customers, I will bring the attention to the Insurance Commissioner of California Department of Insurance and urge investigation on the history of malpractice and deception. I am a new patient with Dr. Sroan and immediately saw the level of customer care and service provided was far better than I had received from previous dental offices. Seemed like a very nice team, however- beware of their friendship with the implant place next door. I found it unconscionable that I was sent over there without any warning that I'd left my dental insurance coverage once I walked through that door. Once I found out (something that should have been communicated before the referral) I left, on the hook out of pocket for an exam that was the same thing I had had moments before, but covered by my insurance. This was either an expensive oversight or a sign of deeper commitment to the relationship next door than the customer in the lobby. Either way, I paid $126 for literally nothing. read more

He is very thorough! When the assistant was taking my dental X-rays, I expected the doctor to look at them when he came in later but no, he was in his office reviewing them as they were taken! He makes sure he spends good time with you giving you the fullest attention. I only wish I had discovered him sooner. I hadn't been to the dentist in 3 years and the dentist before that would give me a regular clean every 6 months and that was it - not even minor comments on my oral health. He pointed out some concerns and corrective measures were immediately planned. Also, Tiffany who works at the front desk is seriously the most helpful and kind person I have met in customer service. When there was an appointment mismatch (no fault of theirs), she did her best to give me the best options and was so apologetic about it, even though it was not her fault. The other assistant who helped me with my x-rays and finishing up was also very nice and kind but I didn't get her name. I know taking dental x-rays can be very uncomfortable but she made it better. Overall, a great practice and I hope to keep coming here every 6 months for my check up. read more

Five stars are not enough to rate Dr Sroan and his staff. They are friendly, thorough and EXTREMELY professional. It is a trust issue with me when picking a dentist and Dr Sroan came through with flying colors. He takes pride in his work and made sure that I felt comfortable with and about his work. I had my front teeth replace from veneers to crowns. Dr Sroan sent the crowns back to the lab 3x's because he was not satisfied with the way they looked. More importantly, Dr Sroan knew I was not happy with the way they looked either. The lab finally got them right and I am soo happy with they way they turned out. I have a beautiful smile now !!! Such a fantastic dentist! I was quite nervous about going to the dentist for the first time in two years but as soon as I met Dr Sraon I felt at ease. He is really gentle and explains everything clearly, he is also really sensitive to any concerns. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Sraon and his staff! Seriously, someone needs to write a country music song about how he makes you feel while you are in the chair! A little background about myself: I have been trying to get a dental implant done for the last two years. The office manager, Stephanie, spent approximately 12 to 15 hours on the phone with my insurance company (cumulatively, over several weeks) to ensure it got done. She interpreted all of the legal jargon for me to make sure it was covered by my insurance company. I would still be looking like a hillbilly today if it wasn't for her dedication to follow through with her patients- even when it's inconvenient-because let's face it, talking to United Concordia for 12-15 hours is not something that sounds exciting. There is another Stephanie there that is amazing too. She did a great job suctioning my mouth today. There was little to no saliva remaining after the vacuum went in my mouth. She made me laugh a couple of times while I was in the chair; comic relief is very important to me- it keeps my mind off of the drill. Kudos to her. Having two Stephanies is kind of confusing. If you are looking to make an appointment, or to get general information, ask for the "Puerto Rican Stephanie." She will take care of you like a country singer takes care of his dog. I been going to Dr Dilber Sraon for over 18 years. It's always been a pleasant experience and great service. They try their best to keep clients time in consideration and accommodate them. Like yesterday , I called to get my regular Dental prophylaxis, which I been having hard time to schedule due to my own work related schedule. I asked , if I could come in same day,as my only day off is Thursday . I was amazed to hear, that they will accommodate me same day at 11:00 AM. Even in the past I been pleased with the procedures that I had to go through. Dr Sraon had made a partial bridge for my front 3 teeth, which no body could even figure out, until I told them. Even after 15 years , that bridge has been in place and still looks as it had been put up just yesterday. This is the place to go, whenever you need help.
