I usually find it here..and for pretty cheap (but at what cost I ask you?!?!..wait no, no rant in this review..deep breathes). Stopped in to pick up 4x6 prints I ordered from the Photo department. I decided to browse the canned vegetable aisle to look for a specific type of Del Monte corn. I was thrilled to find what I was looking for. Self-checkout was quick & I had no complaints. I would shop here again. read more

So, not really ever a fan of any Walmart, although some are definitely better than others. This one is not the greatest. It has a weird setup as far as the garden center, seasonal, toy, and pet sections of the store... which are considerably smaller than ive seen. The parking lot is a mad house at all times of day. The Customer service desk only ever seems to have one person working, and that person always seems to need someone elses approval which makes lines unreasonably long. Other sections of the store are ok, although not the most organized. Id recommend heading to Milford or Amelia for a better experience. read more

She was very helpful, but said that the people at the grocery pickup left at 10pm and didn't let any of us know. Hate hate hate the way they have rearranged everything. They have made it impossible to find what I need. Usually I could be in and out in 10 mins, now it takes me at least 30 mins. On a good note - the new self check out registers they put in are amazing! I will NEVER go through a lane with their cashiers. They over stuff the bags, mix cold/frozen items with clothes. Put hamburger meat with my tissues. When I asked them to not do those things and to not pack my bags so heavy they give me attitude and tell me they have to conserve on bags! Wtf, I am spending MY money, those items are mine and isn't the customer supposed to be right? I have been a loyal Walmart customer for YEARS but it's looking like things will be changing soon. read more

I tried to check in while I was there- but for some reason Wal-mart supercenters come up as pharmacy or garden center or automotive- but not the main store. It happens back home too- drives me bonkers! Any-who, I needed some odd ball things for an art date and Walmart is just easier to shop at than going to several stores! Silicone spray, glue, cups.... I also shopped for ingredients to make chicken pot pie from scratch- so my cart was full of crazy stuff! I had to hunt down certain things- they weren't in the right place or another kind was stocked in front of what was supposed to be there- the log grain rice I wanted- had a three cheese rice 6 stocked deep in front of it- even though the tag said the rice I wanted. Three other items were like that. Obviously they don't care where they stock things. I opted for self check out as there were not very many cashiers and forgot that I would get flagged for the silicone spray- so I had to wait for the supervising cashier to come over to clear me as being over 18. All in all- it was a typical Walmart- the trouble finding what I needed drove me a little crazy- so, yeah~ I have experienced better. read more

The customer service at this Auto Center is terrible! I had to call them to find out if they had finished the oil change for my car! The phone rang several times before someone finally answered and told me I'd have the call the main store phone number because she couldn't transfer me to the Auto Center. I called the Auto Center number in the first place!! Once she transferred me, someone picked up and then hung up. Finally on my second or third attempt at calling multiple department phone numbers, I was finally able to get a status on my car. I'll never use their Auto Center again and will stick with the Walmart in the Mason/Deerfield area. Much better! read more

This is your typical run of the mill Wal-Mart store, crowded at the first of the month, and bustling with parents that won't watch their children. Now, if you've read any of my other reviews, I give high praise to most establishments and offer constructive criticism on the things I think should improve. This review is going to be different. Of all the times I've visited this store, not once have I had a good experience or walked out of there not in a pissy mood. First of all, the people working the service desk need a lesson in customer service. I exchanged a space heater because it was defective. I told her it was defective, and she proceeded, rather rudely, to play 20 questions. Not in the mood for someone to waste my time. I did the exchange, asked for the manager, complained, and I was on my way. I work retail, listen to the customer, and be respectful. She needs to learn that. Second, don't attempt to shop there between 9-11pm. They have 2 lanes open, maybe 3 with 10-15 people in each line, and employees standing around chatting with other employees. It took me raising my hands and looking at them for them to get on a register. My time is valuable, do not waste it. All in all, if you have a choice, go to the Walmart in Milford or Amelia. I've never had any problems like this there. read more

Wal-Mart. If you really need a review of Wal-Mart, chances are you've been living in a cave your entire life. This particular Wal-Mart is just like any other. Full grocery, clothes section for men, women, and children, electronics, beauty products, books, cards, hardware, toys, sporting goods...just like every other Wal-Mart. If you enter through the left, there is a Subway in the store. There is also a nail salon, optical service and store, tax preparation, and a few other specialty shops. Like most Wal-Marts, there are about thirty registers, with only about five open at any given time. Wal-Mart for some strange reason still hasn't jumped on board the U-Scan bandwagon, which is a bit irritating. But then again, Wal-Mart is the largest retailer in the world...well, at least in the country, so why should they waste money on U-Scans? Prices are what you expect to find in a Wal-Mart (cheap and affordable). Staff is usually very bored and phoning it in. But of course the best part of going to Wal-Mart, is checking out your fellow customers. If you're ever feeling down about yourself, just head to the nearest Wal-Mart and look around. After watching some of those people, you will leave the store feeling better about your life. Mahalo, and enjoy. read more

Typical Walmart except it isn't as clean as other ones. Their ship to store program is horrible! You have to walk to the back of the store and then wait in line with the layaway people. I have tried it a few times; its not worth my time. Today I had to wait in line 30 minutes to return the defective item at the understaffed Customer service desk. They only had 1 person working at 6pm until another person finally joined her. I was told by another person that they came earlier in the day and there was a longer line and only 1 worker. read more

I've been treated extremely rudely by the staff on two consecutive visits. I have a heart condition that makes it very difficult to breathe when I wear a mask. On the first occasion one employee scoffed and turned his back on me as if he did not believe me and another stated that regardless of any medical condition I either had to don a mask or leave the store. I verified with corporate that this is not Walmart policy. On my next visit a manager was very condescending as he announced quite loudly as he walked away that anyone with a medical condition should not be out in public. This degree if insensitivity and judgemental rudeness is apparently the new culture for this location. read more

I wish there were zero stars. I avoid this place but today I had no choice. Store is absolutely filthy and disorganized. Went in to buy an electric razor which is locked up. No customer service rep in sight. Walked all the way across store to find help. Finally got to service desk. Line too long because I am on lunch hour. I finally found 3 employees standing around talking. One walked me farther in the opposite direction to ask a cashier. Told to go back to razors and someone will come. The major problem with this Walmart is the lack of open registers. During peak hours hours (4-6pm), there should beore than 3 lanes open! It gets busy and stays busy from 4pm up until 11pm. There have been many times the lanes back up so far that it's entering the clothing area. I am all for older people working, I love that Walmart hires older folks but putting them on registers during the crazy busy times seems to be understandably too much for them when there are so few lanes open and so many customers. People tend to be rude is they have to wait and you can clearly see they are stressing themselves to hurry. I feel bad when it is my turn at the register and I can clearly see the cashier is beat and flustered. The store could use a little updating, Milford is way nicer in comparison. The parking lot surround the store could stand to have some mega potholes filled, I don't know if that is the responsibility of Walmart or not. There are some rude shoppers at this location. Not the kind that believes in personal space. Overall, it's the closest Walmart to my home so I will keep returning but seriously....open more registers! read more

Store is usually fairly clean and organized but the Dvd and cd sections are not. Difficult to find dvds. Not much of an organizational system as other stores have. Disappointed in the stores layout. Great prices but difficult to find items and service is hit or miss. read more

This review is for the Tire & Lube Department. If I could give them zero stars, I would! Unfortunately, the workers are incompetent and extremely slow. I needed an oil change/tire rotation. There was one car in front of me and the original time estimate for my car to be finished was 30 minutes. It ended up taking two hours, and they still did not get to the tire rotation/balance. I just paid for my oil change and left. Unfortunately, they did not turn off my maintenance light, so I had to turn around and remind them to do that. I was very disappointed with this Walmart's Tire & Lube Department. I will not ever go there again. read more

we (my wife and I) have been Walmart customers for over 20 yrs. About 10 yrs ago my wife contracted R.S.D. she has had 5 nerve blocks and also had a neurostimulator installed with no success. She therefor has to take large amounts of doctor prescribed medications to contain her severe pain. June 2nd the pharmacist at eastgate pharmacy procedded to tell her that the store policy was actually Law, and she would have to go see a pain clinic doctor to get her prescription filled. This is nothing but a blatant lie and my wife came home in tears and was unable to sleep for 2-3 nights.These people are telling customers that the company policy is law and this is not true. They are doing this to keep customers which are fleeing the pharmacy because of recently changed store or corporate policy. Thank you, Russ S. read more

I just left Walmart I read the return policy now that there's Covid I bought a blanket there was a tiny stain not even as big as a quarter they would not take it back I look over into the other court and there is an old person's tool it's sitting there returned I had to go through three different people was treated very rudely and I am very unhappy this is ridiculous we have this Covid going on and they are acting like they don't want to return stuff it's got stains on it maybe somebody else returned it it had a stain on it and they didn't catch it that's not my fault so from now on I'm gonna make their job worth it I'm gonna make them open every thing I buy before I buy it . Then I'm going to call lawyer and see if I have any kind of small claims court action anything because they got enough money to spend on not returning anything treating their customers like crap because they're shorthanded nobody no wonder nobody wants to work there read more

Alright, this Walmart is like any other Walmart I've been too. However my issue here is not necessarily about the store itself but the workers and night manager. Firstly, I use coupons. A lot of coupons. This is frustrating for people behind me and the cashier. Obviously. However if I can save $75 off a $200 bill I'm going to do it. Anyways, out of respect when I have a bunch of coupons I shop early in the morning (3am-4am) to avoid people having to wait, the store is normally empty. The cashiers are normally very patient and whatnot. However occasionally the manager needs to be called over to clear a coupon or whatever. The night manager (thin, dark-haired lady) always has something smart to say or looks at me like I'm a complete retard. I haven't been for over a year until 2 weeks ago. I use a coupon for a 'free' high valued product.. Same manager tries to ID me for a coupon? Really! Then tell's me next time I need to bring my ID and tells her worker to get her for coupons like that... I bet her worker thought she was insane because who freakin' ID's someone for a coupon especially when it's authentic and not reprinted? Anyways, my second issue with this store is ANYTIME I go return something the manager always has to get called over to clear it. Really annoying. Aside from the crazy manager the store is clean, the location is convenient and close to the mall, gyms, restaurants and other popular places. If you use coupons, or expect to return something without a hassle then my suggestion is to go to another location. read more

This review is more for the nail salon and subway inside of walmart as apposed to the actual walmart. i dont know what i expected from a nail salon inside of a walmart but i had heard they had coach/chanel acrylic tips. my friend and i decided to check it out i called ahead to see the price of these designed acrylic tips.. the man said 25.00 . great price so we decided to go. when we got there two ladies were working and they were still with customers so we decided to go to subway inside of walmart. when it was our time to order i wanted an italian bmt instead of i think ham i wanted roast beef i told him he could charge me extra no problem. well the man over the counter said "um i cannot give you that if i give you that the roast beef will be considered stolen when we ring in the bmt and roast beef is gone!" i said "well im willing to pay extra for it so how is that considered stolen if i pay for it??" it was very odd the girl at the cash register gave it to me for the inconvience. after we ate our subway we went to get our nails done. i had acrylic nails on previous to getting this new set put on. the lady puts on the chanel tips and they look great. as i am drying she rings through my credit card and brings me my recipet. i look at the bill and its 50.00!!! what happened to the 25.00?? well she said that she told me that they would be 45.00 and to take off my nails thats another 5.00. i told her that i had called earlier and was told they would be only 25.00 now it is doubled! i told her i wanted them just taken off and she started to scream at me! she said i WILL NOT take those off of you because if i do your real nails will come off and bleed everywhere then you will sue me! i said mam you need to stop yelling at me i want my money back she continues to scream at me as everyone in walmart is looking at me crazy. i was SO embarassed she said all i can do is take off a percentage of the price i was okay with that i honestly wanted to just leave so as she is still yelling at me i sign my reciept and do not give her a tip due to how i was treated and she continues to yell at me and say "your not even gonna give me a tip" i point to the sign on the wall that says "tips are greatly apprectiated" and tell her "i am a cosmetologist and tips are a gift showing gratitude for your experience and i am not happy what so ever with my visit and i do not believe you desrve a tip or should be asking for one!" lets just say i have never been back and will NEVER go back! read more

While doing stocking you can hardly manage your way through the store with a cart and to top it off tonight, there were only two self checkouts open and one lane open with the light on but no one was there because she had to walk over and work the service center... apparently you guys need to get more employees read more

While visiting from out of town I bought something vegan for my daughter ifrom the grocery department. It turned out to be a brand she doesn't like, so I took it back to return it. The customer service area was filled with shopping carts packed with pre-Christmas returns. I was the only customer. The woman at the desk knocked on the office door behind her to ask about taking returns. She was told "no, we're too busy putting things away." Great service there. Guess I get to go back tomorrow before we leave to try again if they're not too busy for customers. What lame management. read more

My husband and I visited the Amelia Oh store, and their lines are horrible, no help from the Customer Service associates at all. They all just stand around talking while the cashiers are n eeding help. We went and stood in 3 different lines til finally we thought we found a decent one, NOT. The cashier had a lady in front of us that paid with cash and to our surprise , the cashier was put on a register with no til in the drawer. He put his light on flashing to alert a CSS he needed help, there were 3 CSS's right behind that register and again ignored any help that any cashier needed til I finally yelled, can someone help him!, Finally one of the ladies said what do you need, dah, he needs a drawer, ughhh. She very slowly went to office to get him a til and did not even apologize to him or anyone in the line. Their Customer Service in that store is absolutely horrible and the just don't care about anything but talking. I Hope Corporate reads some of these reviews because the only positive ones are probably employess of Walmart. read more

Clearly not or else the issues would be trying to get fixed: between the extremely low staffing; there are hardly any lanes open EVER, the store is a mess, you can hardly find anything. I am a mother of a 4 month old and i went in to get a few things for my birthday my mom gave me 35 dollars and i planned on only putting about 25 on my card i went in around midnight so of course there was only one lane to go through and i told the lady at checkout to put 25 on my card any more and it would overdraw my account well she didnt listen and put the whole 56.57 on my card which overdrew my account and cost me 35 for an overdraw fee she said she voided the transaction and it would not affect my account well she didnt so then she re did the transaction i gave her the 35 in cash and it charged me another 21 dollars to my account total so far over 100 dollars it has been 3 days of being on the phone with so called "managers" they told me i would need to bring in a bank statement prooving that they charged me so i had to go all the way up to the bank from williamsburg to beechmont in a 6 cylynder to get my bank statement (do they not keep record of voided transactions?) anyway so i did i brought my recipt and bank statement after 2 days of being on the phone and being assured that the money would go in and while standing in walmart late for work with my 4 month old son i had to wait for 35 minutes before i spoke with the assistant manager a lady who was not even wearing a name tag was standing next to me almost as if to be babysitting as i told everyone in the customer service line what they had done they took my bank statement and my receipt and disappeared for 10 minutes to "discuss" what to do however i was left standing there i guess i was not invited when they finally came back out they gave me a 35 dollar gift card and told me my 56 dollars may be in there in 7-10 business days so now i cannot get groceries diapers or formula! the money is still not in there they need to train there employees to not mess with people money because it messes with there lives! read more

They are clueless when it comes to their coupon policy, return and exchange policy. They have no idea what good customer service is. The night manager is the rudest person there. The only reason why I'm giving this store two stars is because the store in my opinion is clean, it has plenty of parking space, great selection, reasonably priced and in a safe part of town. read more

This Walmart is okay as Walmarts go, but they have NO self check-out. I work 2nd shift, and go to the store after midnight for whatever I need. I find myself leaving this store with nothing more often than not. And not because they don't have what I want. It's because they only have one lane open after midnight and I refuse to stand in a line behind 10 other people for 1 or 2 items. Sorry guys. Probably one of the most poorly managed stores I have ever attempted to shop in. I have spent the better part of an hour attempting to locate a product, supposedly sold at this location, for my grandson who is severely allergic to most food and drink. When someone finally answers the phone at the main desk, you are put on hold for eternity. Calling back, you realize that no one there knows their stock. Asking for a manager is a moot point. I suppose Walmart couldn't care less what I think of them--but I truly will not step foot inside this store again. read more
