He and his partner showed up on time, confirmed the work I wanted done this day and immediately had both my Mercedes and Escalade staged and ready to go. After getting my car tinted here, I began to notice a bubble forming on my driver window. After a…read morewhile, it became more noticeable and it was more apparent there was a hair under the tint causing it to bubble. After that, I started inspecting all of my windows and noticed several windows had contaminants or creases under the tint. Including other hair and dirt. And along my rear window, there seemed to be a large cut in the tint. I went back for a follow up and they only offered to replace 1 of the 3 windows they installed poorly. They also told me that the cut on the rear window was actually a cut on the glass that they blamed on a factory defect instead of taking ownership. I went back to the dealership I had bought the car from, and they showed me inspection videos that they make before selling cars. The cut was not there. I didn't even bother going back for the repair appointment, because why would I want them touching my car ever again. I barely had my car for 3 weeks before they messed it up. 0/10 would not recommend. Definitely not worth the $850 spent.

First time ever tinting my windows on a car, Especially my Tesla M3P. I did tell him I was stuck between 55% windshield and 15% all around or go with 35% windshield and 5% all around. I came back to check the car out after it was finished, I am very happy with the 55% windshield and 15% all around as that is already dark enough for privacy. For someone like me that drive a lot and drive at night time a lot - I will consider this a gray area for driving at night time. If I went with 35% windshield and 5% all around - I don't think i'd be as happy lol. That would be too dangerous at night time driving. I also got the head lights PPF (light smoke). Day one, due to moisture was scary to drive at night time. After day one was over, it looked phenomenal from the inside out... I was debating on changing the PPF head lights out for clear on day one, now that I am used to it and the moisture disappeared, I can see just fine at day and night. Only thing I can say about the cons, I noticed a little bit of glue left over on the side window. Besides that, they did a very good job and Leo don't mess around about his business, he is serious about getting the job done right.

I recently hit a loose car tire on the freeway which left some damage on my front bumper. The PPF came in clutch and protected most of my original car paint. Unfortunately, the impact did penetrate through some parts of the PPF and left residual scratch marks, however had I not had the PPF the damage would have been much worse and cost a lot more to fix. Leo, Allen, and Dom were so kind to help me clean up and fix the area and make it look as new as possible. Not only did I receive high quality products and services from them 2 years ago, but now I receive a lifetime of trust in anything car detailing related!

The exterior was completely covered in pollen and had built-up dirt that made the paint look dull. The inside was even more challenging between pet hair, everyday mess, and food spills. I honestly wasn't sure some of it would come out, but they took their time and cleaned every little area so thoroughly. The difference is unbelievable. The exterior is spotless and shiny, and the interior looks, feels, and smells completely refreshed. You can tell Vic/his team paid attention to the details instead of rushing through the job. Even the small areas that are usually overlooked were left incredibly clean. My neighbor sees my car almost every day, and when they saw it afterward, they genuinely thought I had bought a brand-new car! That alone says everything about the quality of their work. The price was also extremely reasonable, especially considering how much time, effort, and attention clearly went into it. However, the car started to smell really bad around day 2-3. I reached out concerned, but never received a follow up. The smell has subsided for the most part. I wish they had communicated back to address my concern, especially after paying over $400 for their services. Update- I appreciate the owner reaching out and taking accountability for their delayed response to my concern. They offered to provide additional services free of charge to remedy the problem. I don't think it's necessary at this point since the smell has subdued, but I do still appreciate their offer.

I got an interior and exterior detail and the seats did not seem to be shampooed well, there was wax residue left on the inside of my windows and minor things that just didn't seem to be wiped down thoroughly. Without looking too hard it's a good clean, but I've gotten details in the past and they've left my car looking brand new. This was more just like a good car wash. If your car is already pretty clean I would use them, but otherwise I don't think it was a true detail.

I have two toddlers so our car was a DISASTER (that's being generous). He spent 8 hours detailing every single inch of our navigator. It's black so every single scratch is visible and he got them allll out. Our interior is light and was stained to the point it looked nearly leopard print. I really appreciated that he not only did every single thing he said he would, but he also did extra things he felt were needed to meet his expectations.
