The pad Thai I ordered was perfectly seasoned and made. The service was fast and friendly. Overall the restaurant was well kept and very clean. I enjoyed the Thai tea in a bowl!

My fiancé and I ate at Dillon Thai the other day after a movie. When we got to the restaurant, we were sat immediately without a reservation and had our drink orders in there shortly after. We started off our meal with the chicken satay. I originally thought that it was going to be too dry, but the peanut sauce was perfect for it! For my entrée, I ordered the Panang Curry and it was good; especially for a cold snowy day. But I was looking to have a little more spice to it. I tried adding chili flakes and chili oil to it, but it really took away from the flavor. My husband had the pad Thai and the noodles were so chewy and delicious!

We absolutely loved our first visit to this Thai restaurant. Service was top notch! Both servers were very soft spoken and kind. I ordered the Papaya Salad with salted crab (Laos style) and they suggested for me to eat it with some of my husband's rice and the chicken wings we ordered as an appetizer. It is apparently the traditional style of eating it and they were right. Great idea! My husband ordered a Thai Iced Tea and not only came in a very different presentation (metal bowl) but it was the best Thai Tea I have ever had. The restaurant looks spacious and well organized. Bathrooms were clean and smelled fresh. Fantastic first experience!

Amazing food and excellent service! The Khao Soi was incredible but honestly I have not had a bad dish. Cant recommend Dillon Thai enough!

It was a full house on Sunday just before 6 pm. The decor is beautiful and o liked the booth that my family of four was seated. We got waters immediately and perused the menu for a while before picking satay chicken, fried rice with crab, beef soup, drunken noodles with chicken, and side of green beans. Food was tasty and service was pleasant. I will definitely come back when visiting here.

Dillon Thai Restaurant is a true hidden gem that delivers authentic Thai flavors with heart and consistency. From the moment you walk in, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly service make you feel right at home. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help guide you through the menu. Portion sizes are generous, prices are reasonable, and the quality never disappoints. If you're craving authentic Thai cuisine made with care, Dillon Thai Restaurant is an absolute must-visit. Thanks Jet Li for your outstanding customer service. You really made us feel at home.

This is a cool Thai restaurant with your traditional Pad Thai noodle, Panang Curry Chicken and Tom Yam soup. The service was very attentive and efficient. We loved their Thai drunken noodles. The portion are generous. This is a great addition to the restaurant scene in Dillon for sure? The ambiance is casual-friendly with no false pretense - just authentic Thai flavors!

    Melted spring roll box

Ordered takeout and was told it would be 110 minutes until it was ready. I got a text an hour later that I could pick up, so drove the 20 minutes to town and then stood in line at the restaurant for another 30. They didn't make it clear what their pickup process was, and they were swamped so there wasn't anyone to talk to to just grab my food. Finally realized there was a second register to line up at and made the drive home - they should clarify this and make a sign for to go orders. When I got home and opened the bag I noticed that the spring roll box was melted in a spot, and when I tasted the spring rolls they tasted like plastic - ended up throwing out (sad because they were $9!) The Pad Thai was fine, pretty presentation but overall quite bland. I've had better at places that don't even specialize in Thai food. And there were only like 4 pieces of tofu which was also disappointing. Would not recommend and won't go back!

Love this place and the staff who are so helpful even under high stress. The only change needed here is the food is all served with a low spice level and you get chilies on the side. Not the same as having it cooked in your food.

Awful service. We were sat, waited 30 minutes and not even a drink order was taken. So we left.

You make the order at the counter and will get a text when the order is ready. We ordered a half chicken which would have been enough for us in general but the batter was so crispy and well seasoned that we were highly tempted to order a whole chicken just to take home with us to brag to other family. It was sooooo good! I am from South Korea and I know when my chicken is good. Even some Korean chicken franchise in Denver can't do this good. It will come with a sauce for dipping on the side. We chose the bird sauce and was perfect to dip or mix it in with a jasmine rice along with complementary herbs (basil, cilantros, etc) and cucumber salad. Plus their special soft serve of the day made it even more perfect. We had a coconut soft serve ice cream topped with caramel sauce which was very good. Not overwhelming just refreshing as a whole. This will be our place for sure whenever we pass by! Chicken and outer range hazy ipa were perfect match. I loved that they are existing together. We were starving and I regret so much for not taking the photos. Miss the place already

We were in the mood for some warm, savory Thai food and this is the place to get it! Parking was pretty easy as they have a few spots neighboring the restaurant. We were quickly seated and our server was very prompt with waters and taking our order. I decided on the Tom yum soup with a mild spice level while J opted for the Pad Kee Mao with a high spice level. The soup was delicious and warm - helpful as I was getting over a cold and I found the spice level very manageable. The mushroom and shrimp were well cooked, plentiful and delicious. I had a good chunk of the pad kee mao as well - I loved the spice level here too. Just the right level to get your eyes watering but not out of control. The savory sauce was amazing and the noodles and chicken were very well cooked. We were one of a couple tables as we entered, but a few more joined while we were there. The sitting area is spacious and I could tell it might get busy later in the evening. All the staff were very helpful, prompt, and kind. Our disappointment was amplified as two review sites rated this restaurant the third best in town.
