I went here with my sister and Dad. This restaurant was our best memory on the mountain, and that's saying something because the rest of our trip was great. Go here if you want to make an evening of a delicious meal in a packed room of smiling people. Don't go here if you are in a hurry. Also, they are a small restaurant. So they do run out of some menu items as the night goes on. In other words, don't wait until late in the evening to go. Sweet Soy is an elbow-to-elbow, first-come first-serve restaurant. I showed up about 15 minutes before the rest of my group and that was the perfect amount of time for us to get seated within a few minutes of them getting there. If you call them and ask about reservations and wait times, they'll be weird and don't really give you an answer. I know it can feel frustrating, but trust me, its really hard to tell wait times inside the restaurant. If you're worried about waiting, send a person early. Once you're there, grab a drink from the bar and chat with the person standing next to you. Its a great time! The actual food is delicious. Everything is made fresh, so there is a little bit of a wait, but let me tell you that food is worth the wait!! Everyone in my group got something different and we all walked away full and happy. Sweet Soy is a quirky little restaurant. Once you accept their oddities, you will have the best night of your whole trip. Please check it out if this sounds like something you like. If not, that's okay. All the other restaurants on the mountain are super commericialized. You'll find what you're looking for. read more

The wait for our food was incredibly long. We ordered the miso soup and it was really bad - like nothing we've ever tasted and apologetically sent it back. The waiter said he added hot water to make it better but that didn't help. It took about 45 minutes to get our food and when it arrived, it was pretty good. read more

I visited Copper Mountain in July of 2024. I had the Poke Bowl and loved it! It's a cute restaurant on a small lake, making it a nice spot for our lunch. The staff were polite and service was quick. I would recommend going to Sweet Soy. read more
