My family and I have been going to this bar / restaurant for several years now. Luckily, for us, this establishment has managed to stay open while following all the covid requirements. We typically visit several times a month. Sometimes for dinner and sometimes for lunch and a couple drinks. The atmosphere is very laid back with tv's in every direction there isn't a sport on that probably isn't playing on one of them. The food is excellent and we all have our favorites. The staff is very accommodating and willing to make some changes here and there to satisfy everyone in our party. The same applies with the customer service in the bar. We have our favorite waitress (Kelly Willis) who treats us very well. It doesn't seem to matter how busy it is, Kelly manages to work her way around the bar, and the restaurant area, with a smile and gives each table the attention it deserves. We have been in often enough to see that she has a group of regulars that she jokes with and knows their drink orders as they are walking into the restaurant. To be greeted by name along with a smile every time, along with great food is why we keep going back to this specific Dillons. An added bonus is they recently added a complimentary meal to first responders! This is just one more reason we keep repeatedly coming back !! read more

Went to Dillons yesterday (12 of November). They were protesting NFL by not playing football. We won't be back. We love the Vets too. This protest is not about Vets. Service to this country is number one. Taking a knee has nothing to do with that. It is about which story you want to believe... so believe what you want. We reserved there back room for a private retirement party from 3PM-6PM. Upon arrival the room had tables that weren't cleaned, it wasn't ready for our event. We had drinks appetizers with one server who was doing a great job for not having any other support from any other team members. Are main issue was after having dinner some of guests were going to order desert about 5:30 but then Dillon's Restaurant Manager started letting another party in the our private back room because they had a party after us they started over taking our area and completely ruined our retirement party. The manager on duty poorly handled this situation, he had smirk and poor attitude. read more

We had a retirement party at this Dillion's on Sept 10 th . Server Josh was awesome. I can give him 5 stars. But I can't give the restaurant customers service from the manager 5 stars. We were told that we had the back room from 3-6. The party before us wasn't out when we got there at 3. Also the other party that came in at 6; came in at 5:30 and asked if they can start decorating. As nice people as we are... we said that was fine. [ 3 ] ladies. Well it was the whole party coming in and we asked the server that we did not think the whole party was coming in. Then we talked with a manager. He told us he couldn't do anything about it. I will never have dinner at this Dillion's ever again as they do not care about their customers. I'm also in the service business as I will make sure my friends, family and anyone that listens or asks about Dillion's. so I would think about another restaurant to go to for B B Q. Hopefully the owner will train his so called managers, what customer service is all about. read more

We originally tried Dillon's with a Groupon. I have been disappointed with most BBQ places in the Phoenix area so had no expectations. We started with the fried pickles and they were the best I've ever had. We were pleasantly surprised with our meals and have been back 3 more times. They have delicious pulled chicken, ribs, and the Arizona turkey sandwich is yummy. My only recommendation would be to have bottles of the different sauces on the table, but the staff are all super friendly and willing to bring you whatever sauces you want and as much as you want. Even the bussers are super attentive and nice. I actually can't say enough about my experiences here and the food is all delicious! There are also tons of TVs all over the bar and restaurant so a great place to watch sports! read more

About two weeks ago my family ordered a to go order. The order was made incorrectly. When I get a hold of the manager on that day I am told to ask for Jason next time and he'll take care of me. According to him He said he'll do something "cool" for my family. Today we called in an order again to give them another shot. Jason was on and I asked for him. Needless to say he acted like he knew nothing about it. Said it must have been another manager TJ that I talked to. While waiting for my order today he said he was trying to text TJ to see if he knew about my order issue from two weeks ago. No reply. They would not correct anything on today's order. The restaurant does not log issues in a book like other places does. Then when the mangers fail to remember the issue they act like it never happened. I'm so disgusted with Dillions. My family used to eat there was a month, but now I am done with them after this issue. read more

We live close by and enjoy visiting Dillon's. The food is really great. We usually order the crispy chicken wings for an appitizer as they come with the hot sauce on the side so I can add as much or as little as I want. Everything we have had so far on the menu we have liked very much. Now that I have discussed the food let me tell you about the server that we have had the last three times we have gone in. We actually dined there just a few hours ago and I had to come home and write this review after receiving stellar service for the third time in a row. His name is Josh. He is the BEST server I have ever had in ANY establishment. I used to work in the industry (back in the day) so I am very picky about service. (Drives my husband nuts) Let me tell you, he is so friendly and on top of everything. He goes above and beyond the call of duty every single time. He takes the time to explain things to you, offers you anything additional to make your meal perfect and checks on you at the perfect time, every time! From now on each time we go there I will demand to be seated in his section. If his section is full I would gladly wait for a table to open up. He makes the dining experience so much better.
