I'm not sure where to start! I went here today just before they were closing. So glad we went when we did! The restaurant, from what I have heard, is very crowded from the moment they open! We ordered 11 dishes, only one of those, the duck, was not available. We enjoyed every dish so much. Was very excited to try a genuine DimSum experience. Unfortunately when we got there we were sat down and no one said anything to us. We were given no menus and weren't explained how anything worked. I'm not familiar with the process so I was clueless. After about 10 minutes a server came by and said "what do you want?" We eventually were given menus and a nice lady answered our questions. The food was good! But unfortunately our start ruined the experience. Bummer Maybe some work on customer service and an option to explain the process to customers who are new would really help! read more

We walked into the restaurant and ordered food for takeout, restaurant seemed pretty busy which is good for the restaurant and also, it looked like a good place to meet from the communications from customers I've over heard and people enjoying their meals. Overall the food is good - everything we had there had good flavors, except for the calamari (by itself, it was bland...but with the bits of scallions/lemongrass/shallot mixture, it was decent). What I was super disappointed about was the selection of dumplings and buns. Half of them were no longer on the menu - no more soup dumplings!! The other thing I was disappointed about was the service. Owner has a very bad attitude towards customers who are waiting in line for a table. Lacks general courtesy and makes everyone feel they are bothering him by creating a line waiting for a table at HIS restaurant. When he returned w my CC for my signature, I thanked him again loudly twice with him simply turning around and walking away. Second time here and was just as good if not better then the first. Hubby always love snow pea tips, so we tried the snow pea tips with fresh shiitake mushrooms, which is a combination I have never tried. Wow, for the same price other Chinese restaurants charge, it was over the top delicious and a huge portion. You usually get 3 or 4 shiitake mushrooms with an order, but they gave 8 jumbo shiitake mushrooms with the snow pea tips. We were a party of 4. We feasted on almost all the different varieties of Dim sum ( and they have about 40 types) everyone was sated and with left overs for lunch next day.
