The service was good! The staff members were attentive. I definitely recommend for family styled dining. We came for dim sum, and you basically order by marking a piece of paper with the items. So, there aren't any carts being pushed with dim sum inside. The quality of food wasn't that good to be honest. I thought the vegan lo mein was very salty and the noodle wrapped in fried donut was dry. The fried donuts were dry and hard (not crunchy). The fried sesame ball bummed me out because it was also rough to chew and dry.

Whoever said money can't buy you happiness is a liar. I spent 24 dollars on this spread after a very depressing day (more like weeks) and I feel about ready to conquer the world. Included in this spread is Roast Duck, Vegetable Noodle Soup, a side of White Rice, & Tsingtao. Let's break each down. Firstly, I want to express my love for Asian beers, especially Tsingtao. Some could just say it's light beers in general but something about asian light beers that doesn't make you feel bloated and heavy. I could actually finish the whole bottle with the food without wanting to call it quits. Truly can't go wrong. Secondly, the Vegetable Noodle Soup. You have a choice of different noodle types, which I cannot remember, but I went with egg noodles. I thought for some reason there would be more vegetables in this dish than just bok choy but I am not mad at it! It was light and flavorful, and I added some chili oil they provided at the table. Lastly, the Roast Duck. Great amazing flavor and super tender, but I don't believe I would get again. Just way too many little bones. Obviously not the restaurant's fault but just happens when you eat poultry. It was just a bit annoying when you think you got all the bones & then bite into one haha. I will say that before this visit, I ordered take out once and I got their Honey Roast Pork I believe and that was amazing. I will be getting that next time I dine in. Also, I love mixing the broth with the white rice to add more flavor. Overall, an amazing experience with even better service and a clean quiet restaurant and I can't wait to be back. I also love to see them busy--especially since last time I came in for take out, they were empty. I thought it was because of that one viral tik tok but none of the staff even knew about it.

I don't know why we did not come earlier. This is such an amazing little place in Tampa. Authentic Cantonese food, all tasted well. Waitress is very helpful and attentive. Decent space, not loud noisy say all

Hands down the best dim sum in Tampa. China Yuan is my go-to whenever I'm craving real, flavorful dim sum. The siu mai is always juicy and perfectly seasoned, the chicken feet are tender and packed with deep, savory flavor, and the seafood dumplings are consistently fresh and full of that delicate seafood sweetness. I never leave without ordering the roast duck - the skin is crispy, the meat is tender, and it's seasoned just right. And the chili oil? Total game changer. It's the kind of chili oil that makes everything better - spicy, rich, and absolutely addictive. I always ask for extra. It gets busy, especially on weekends, but that's part of the charm. Service is quick, the staff is efficient, and the food always hits. If you're in Tampa and haven't been yet, you're seriously missing out.

Finally found my go-to Dim Sum spot! Came here on a Sunday around 1 PM as a walk-in, and while it was a bit busy, it was well worth the wait. The food was authentically delicious, and everything I ordered was spot on. The orange chicken was a standout and it had actual orange slices, adding a fresh citrusy kick that made it even better. I'll definitely be coming back for more! What I ordered: - Steamed Roast Pork Bun - Sticky Rice - Shrimp Dumpling - Shrimp Rice Paste - Siu Mei - Chicken with Orange Sauce - House Speical Fried Rice - Beef Chow Fun with Black Bean Sauce

Here again for lunch and ordered the Seafood Panfried Noodle #205 on the menu and it was outstanding! It was a huge portion and had enough left over for dinner the next day. It was so delicious and in this case, a picture speaks louder than words!

This a ridiculously good old school chinese restaurant. The ambience is no frills with coolers and a mish mosh of interior elements but that is nothing new if you are a lover of true chinese places in NYC. The menu is in english which is a plus. The dim dum choices were good but the menu items are even better. The employees appeared to all be chinese with several not speaking english. We will 100% return and suggest you try it if you love dim sum or traditional restaurant chinese food. If you know, you know.

I ordered Dimsum & it was just ok. Their dimsum menu is not an extensive list as other places. I wouldn't come back here for dimsum again since there are other dimsum places that are much fresher than here. I would avoid their potato / turnip cake it tasted old & not fresh (too mushy). I also ordered beef chow fun & it was just ok as well, very greasy I would say compared to other Chinese restaurants I've been too. The service is very fast. The servers are very friendly. Chili oil is not spicy at all. The tables were a bit sticky along with the condiments.

We went for Chinese food for New Year cause somehow it makes sense. Woke up too late and missed dimsum but ordered a few dishes off the menu instead. It is pretty decent. Highly recommend the crispy BBQ pork. The restaurant is very homey and cozy. Service is good. Will come back for dimsum next time

Filthy dirty. Garbage stacked high inside the restaurant right at the entrance. Very unappetizing. Service is poor if you are not Asian.

The only thing I wish they would add is a baby changing station in both men and women bathrooms. I think places that offer high chairs should also have baby changing stations. Just my radical opinion. All in all, this place has potential. I would definitely consider this for event space or family parties in the future.

My older son only ate a bowl of rice and some pan fried noodles. My dad thought the shrimp dumplings were pretty good (and he eats a lot of them) and then ordered a huge array of other food. They were sadly out of Chinese broccoli so we didn't eat any greens. This place is huge. We were the first people at 11 a.m. on a Monday. It's nice that it's right next to MD Oriental so you can eat dim sum and then go grocery shopping. The waitress was very nice. When my son was disappointed that they didn't have fortune cookies, she gave him egg tarts for free. I've never seen such nice service at a dim sum place before. That meant a lot to him. It looks like this place also serves as a banquet hall, since they have colorful lights and a giant tv (like the size of a wall!) that plays music videos. There were a lot of smaller rooms off tot he side that look like they either hold private parties or karaoke. I like this place and I'd definitely come back. The menu is a little limited (for example, they don't have tripe), but they have the main staples.

I visited before a Rays game and was immediately impressed by both the service and the food. The staff was attentive without hovering, the pacing was excellent, and the entire experience felt polished and intentional. I ordered the Bibimbap with bulgogi steak, tofu, fried egg, kimchi, vegetables, gochujang, and crispy rice, along with two spring rolls. What stood out most was the balance. The dish delivered heat, sweetness, savory depth, texture, and freshness without relying on heavy sauces or excessive portions. Every ingredient maintained its own identity while contributing to the overall flavor of the dish. Too many restaurants create flavor by drowning food in sauce. Hawkers does it through seasoning, spices, and technique. There was no puddle of sauce at the bottom of the bowl, no overly sweet glaze, and no greasy heaviness. The rice absorbed flavor without becoming soggy, and the kimchi, vegetables, egg, tofu, and bulgogi worked together beautifully. The spring rolls were equally impressive. Light, crisp, delicate, and perfectly executed, with a thin wrapper and just the right amount of crunch. What impressed me most was that I left satisfied, not stuffed. The portions were thoughtful, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the flavors were layered rather than overwhelming. Since moving to Florida, this ranks as one of the best restaurant meals I have had. Highly recommended.

I've been looking at weekday menus, so I inadvertently brought us on the weekend when the menu was different and didn't have things my kids would eat. I can't eat the buns since I don't eat pork, but everything else was amazing. One of my sons did end up choosing a chocolate croissant so I tried a little and it was very good as well.
