The young gentleman in the front helped with seating and the uncle did bring all the food and forks to our table. You can see the buns being made but the soup dumplings were not as good as Joe's Shanghai. The soup dumplings lack flavor and had the chewy consistency of a stress ball. I might have gone straight to Joe's Shanghai if these reviews didn't mislead me to try this place. They did have Har gow which was nice and the fried dough sticks were fine. But I was terribly disappointed by the "soup dumplings." A few of the soup dumplings already crusted in the steam process. I did get a second tray of the crab soups dumplings and there were no flavor! The dim sum items are smaller in portion, but they are not bad. I'd have preferred them to have softer/fresher skin, but that might take even longer for a already slow kitchen.
