After reading glowing reviews, I called Hyperion to ask if hey could schedule the installation, expecting to wait a few days. Instead the guy on the phone said to bring it in at 10:30 the next day. I didn't get there as a tweak in the door itself caused my overhead lights to stay on and drain my battery. I arranged for a friend to take me home, expecting to leave the car for at lrast the afternoon. But manager (I did not get hois name) said it would just be a half hour. He called over a ytechnician and 20 minutes later the car was ready! I had some body damage and the manager quoted me a price apologetically, noting that Lexus Parts are super expensive. I said well, it's a 15 year old car - probably isn't even worth the cost of the repairs. I started to walk away and stopped, turned and said, "Wait, I haven't paid you!" And he said, "no charge". I was dumbfounded and only hope I thanked him emough. Great work, fast, and even complimentary. I'm in awe. Go there!

After three years since moving to LA I finally found New Sun Auto Service and they turned out to be stellar. They do a whole suite of different services. I went for brakes services and air conditioning. Didn't air conditioning service after all but the brakes service went speedy and the manager J. Rodriguez was super friendly and broke down all my options beforehand and let me decide what package was best for me. Service only took couple hours in and that was perfect because I could get a nice leisurely lunch at the world-famous Pink's hotdogs one block away. Not a bad way to spend an afternoon. They aren't just mechanics, they do body work, upgrades, and custom work if you want to improve your car, not just maintain. Great experience! Couldn't recommend them enough!

Everything will be done to my satisfaction, including replacing any parts with quality Lexus parts. My car was with them for two weeks. I received regular updates via calls as well as emails advising on the status of my vehicle. When it was time to retrieve my car, Arthur was there to greet me and brought me my car. He was very professional and yet attentive, being certain that I checked out my car. He made sure that I was satisfied with the repairs and assured me that if at a later date, I found something to not be at my satisfaction, all I had to do was contact him, and he would ensure that my issues would be addressed and taken care of to my satisfaction. While I hope I will never have to have my car repaired again, I'm definitely go back to AGC Collision if it becomes necessary. Oh and did I mention when I got my car back it was FULLY detailed! Roi Motors was the last place to call before I gave up. They said they could fix it and quoted me a fair and affordable price. I left my car with them on a Wednesday and picked it up on Monday. And it's amazing, dent was gone, like nothing happened! The door handle was a little loose but they helped me tighten it back up. Roi Motors has been very kind, patient, and I can tell they are very hard respectable workers who care about the quality of their work. Note that they do provide rental cars free IF you are using insurance, otherwise if out of pocket, you pay for the rental cars if needed. I did not take that service but it seems very convenient. Long review tldr; It was worth it to drive the commute there and back. I 100% recommend them and cannot thank them enough or I would be driving around with that reminder of a dent and be sad the entire time without their help. Now I am happy and dent free.
