The facility is beautifully maintained, featuring lovely gardens, a cozy fireside room for reading/socializing, and a welcoming dining room (among other things). Residents are treated like family. Not only are they responsive to my questions, but they always seem to be a step ahead with whatever my mother needs. There are an abundance of activities to cater to any interest: games, musical performances, meditation, exercise, crafts. Residents are encouraged to participate, but they're left with plenty of autonomy to decide for themselves. The dining room feels like an actual restaurant. The servers quickly learned my mother's preferences, making her feel incredibly special. The food is excellent, and it's always served with warmth and a smile.
