I ordered the brick oven cheese pizza and didn't like it at all however the fried ravioli was so good! I would order many orders of that.

Their pizza is delicious. I stuck with plain cheese but my husband is a big fan of all of their stuffed pizzas. He opted for the buffalo chicken this time and was extra pleased to find that he was getting sweaty from how spicy it was. The woman at the counter was warm and very friendly. My favorite is the chicken bacon ranch pizza. I ask they also throw on broccoli and it tastes just like an open faced ranch panini. It is very good and their service is always pleasant. They also have great delivery, always quick and the pizza is still hot. read more

We have both eaten in and taken out from Dimitri's. We often order delivery from the grubhub app. We are always extremely happy with the quality of food and the delivery times always match what we are quoted. Everyone is so nice and they do a great job of customizing orders when you need it. Often when I order from places using an app or online ordering, custom comments get missed. Dimitri's consistently honors requests like a topping on the side or extra sauce. Also, they have the best chicken fingers with honey mustard sauce! I just moved to the area and i enjoy the food here. The one star is for the service. I live within 5 minutes of this place and i have been waiting for 1 hour and 50 minutes for a pizza. This is not the first time this has happened but i thought the first time was an aberration. Turns out it is the norm. I won't be going back. read more

Man is their pizza good! I very recently went to Dimitri's, and got a cheese pizza, which was OUT OF THIS WORLD! I'm very particular about pizza sauce, and this sauce was amazing, one of the 3 pizza places in this area to earn a spot in my book. Their cheese was sliding off the pizza, a sure-fire sign of a good pizzeria. And don't even get me STARTED on that crust! Chewy on the inside, and not too crunchy on the outside. First time I ordered (about 3 weeks ago) everything went smoothly. Delivery was pretty fast, the order process was fine and the employees were friendly. The cheesesteaks and the wings we ordered were really good so we decided to place an order today. I placed an order for a med pizza and 8pc wings. They originally told us 25 mins for delivery and I thought that was pretty fast for it being snowy and icy on the roads. So we patiently and hungrily awaited. Our food didnt show up within the first hour (I live within 1.5 miles of this place) so I called to see what was going on. A lady answered and assured me that the driver was on the road and on their way. Ok..so I waited some more. I was fine waiting a little longer because I was a delivery driver before and I know how hectic things can get on a snowy day. Another 45 mins passes and I call in to cancel my order. Almost 2 hours for delivery with no call from the pizzeria or driver? I'll take my business elsewhere. After calling to cancel, I was placed on hold briefly and the same lady came back and said that the driver was out and should be there any minute. I was hungry and kinda ticked so I said to still cancel it. They offered no apologies, no sympathy AND hung up on me! What kind of company hangs up on their customers?! Seems like the management has no heart for their customers. No longer than 1 min after calling in to cancel, the driver shows up. The driver then explained that he was the only driver and had a handful of deliveries before me. I asked why he didnt call to explain and his excuse was "well I called one place". I was the last delivery on that run. Dont you think it would be courteous to at least inform your last delivery that there was an extended wait time and he was on his way? But he didnt. Wings arrived hot. Not steamy but hot. The pizza arrived 5 degrees away from being cold. Being so hungry I said screw it and bought it anyways. The driver seemed to be put in a bad place between the short wait times they're giving customers and the road conditions. He wasn't to blame but a courteousy call would have been helpful. The management needs to get their act together because that's a terrible way to treat a customer. They have good food when it's hot but it doesn't make up for their shitty management. I won't be back anytime soon. Food is 4 star, service is 1. So average 2 stars. read more
