And if you do NOT wish to receive upcoming shots They will not accept you as a patient neither. Ps. No one time visit here. They motto is Stay away if you don't plan to come everyday. No thank you. Side detail note: I've been told before people are treated differently depending on the insurance ( government assistance or private). I have private insurance and still don't give you the option to opt out vaccinations for you child. Which that don't matter anyway. Everyone has the right to choose for their children. Our baby had jaundice requiring a NICU stay, as well as a false positive on her newborn screen (requiring repeat testing). It was a very stressful postpartum period for us, but Blue Fish was a silver lining. Drs. Agrawal and Kim were so incredibly compassionate, non-judgmental, and attentive. Dr. Agrawal was our daughter's incredible PCP -- but even Dr. Kim called to follow up on our baby's health after seeing us as the on-call pediatrician. They went above and beyond to make sure we, as a family, were doing well. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. I only wish they could have moved with us to California. :)

Today was such a crazy day. My son had an appointment that was canceled because he didn't have a…read morereferral from his PCM or insurance. The place he was supposed to go to called at 9am this morning to tell me even though he'd been seen 2 weeks ago without a referral. I called Gentle Pediatrics and they were sympathetic, understanding and very accommodating. First, the new office is beautifully! The fish tank is beautiful. I wanted to be a patient there but in too old!! Second, staff is amazing! I couldn't thank them enough!! Third, Dr. Hasnain made my 16 year old son smile, which has been impossible to do lately. And Dr. Hasnain helped me feel better about my shortcomings as a parent by telling me I'm a good mom. Why was that so important? In the last 2 months we have gone through a lot as a blended family and I've often felt like a failure as a parent. It is rare to find someone who is still passionate about their job after 32 years. Dr. Hasnain is so full of joy it's infectious. I left the office feeling as though everything would be ok. Thank you so much for your help and understanding during this time. I was so stressed out but all of you made my life so much better.

We found Dr. Huang through a recommendation from a nurse at the ER. He took his time with my baby, found things the other provider didn't bother looking for. He was so knowledgeable and up to date with current recommendations and guidelines for babies. Listened to very single concern. Told me exactly what to do and when to do it and answered all of my concerns. Dr. Huang has a lot of experience and great bedside manners. Plus there's no wait time. In the end... My baby became 200% better after one visit!

I love that sick children can always be worked in on short notice because sometimes you just can't wait for your child to be seen. I have never been told no when calling for an appointment and we have also visited with Dr. Husain when Dr. Ho was unavailable. We love her, too! The waiting room is clean and child friendly. Ho is her primary but she has visited with Dr. Isenhower, and Dr. Leung a couple of times. I truly appreciate how quickly they responds to messages I send through MyChart. Dallas is a nurse there and she is OUTSTANDING. She is usually the person who responds to my non-emergent inquiries and provides very sound recommendations.
