I will share my impressions of working with the wonderful doctor Dina Kiseleva We met Dina this summer, when I was 5 months pregnant. I turned to her to continue my pregnancy after moving from another city. We immediately found a common language, she is a very pleasant and tactful person in communication. It's very easy to work with Dina, she listens carefully, delves into problems and questions, prescribes treatment, gives recommendations if necessary. I visited her office almost every week, it's cozy, nice staff who help if you have any questions. We decided to stimulate childbirth, as it was necessary according to the indications. We agreed with Dr. Dina on the date when I need to be in the hospital. I arrived at the hospital late at night, and early in the morning Dina came to my ward to ask about my well-being, to once again tell the plan of our actions. During the day she came to me, set me up in a good way, calmed me down so that I wouldn't worry. It was very pleasant, I was really calm, despite the pain I began to feel from the started contractions. Late in the evening I started giving birth, Dina arrived at the birth quickly, very calmly told me how to behave, what to do. Everything went very, very well! I am very happy that I turned to Dr. Dina, thanks to her, 5 days ago I became a mother of a wonderful baby, and now she sleeps sweetly next to me I want to express my great gratitude to the wonderful doctor Dina, you are a wonderful doctor and a very good person. If I give birth again, then only with You. Thank You soo much!) read more

I had a VERY, VERY BAD experience! I had appointment with Dr. Kiseleva on May 30, 2025 after confirming through my insurance directory and with Provider that she is in-network and got a huge out-of-network bill. The visit was to set up the polyp removal surgery. The office was also trying to push me to do Ultrasound which i didn't need because had a recent one and they were threatening not to see me without it. Thanks Gos I was strong enough to decline this and insisted to be seen. After the visit, the claim was processed as out-of-network, and I was billed $800 for a doctor's visit!!!!! At the time bill arrived they were already pressing me to proceed with surgery although i had a concer with that bill. I thought it is just a mistake as i called and confirmed with my insurance again and they said that the provider is in network. I even got the prior authorization for my surgery confirmed which got me into even more confusion! (Later the provider said that prior authorization was just a mistake...) Right before the surgery when they already pressed me to have labs and physicial visit and was pushing me for the surgery I finally got to someone from their billing department who confirmed that they are out of network and have 2 different Tax IDs that they use to submit bills. Apparently they are using out of network ID, but they still have in network ID which they don't really use but it creates a huge confusion for patients/insurance and leads to the surprise bills! The person at billing was very rude to me! I was so vulnerable as this surgery was very important and I already had everything set up. I had to cancel everything, delaying my medical ussies and ended up with this huge $800 bill and other bills from physician and labs that were useless at this point. I was trying to talk to provider asking for exclusion, one-time honor, in-network adjustments or at least decent discounts. They are not responding to that saying that i should talk to my insurance!!! I filed multiple appeals with my insurance, and they denied because of the out-of network tax ID. I sent a second level appeal, and while this dispute is still pending, the office continues to send me bills and threats of collections. This puts patients in an unfair and stressful position! I was completely misled by both - insurance and provider and left without treatment I needed but with a huge bill! I believe it is unfair to hold patients responsible for someone elses mistakes! I did all that i could possibly do to confirmed in network status with both parites prior to my visit! I respectfully ASK THE OFFICE to RESOLVE this situation fairly and withdraw the balance billing. Patients should be able to rely on accurate information you are giving and fair treatment from their providers!!!! I have filed a complaint with the Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC) if the Provider will not take actions, I will escalate with the DMHC, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and other consumer-protection agencies! Please let's respectfully resolve this directly with your office! read more

I want to be very clear. Dr Kiseleva is a wonderful Dr. My wife has given birth three times with her and it's been a beautiful experience each time. However, the staff is in this office is embarrassing. They are rude, clueless and lack any personal skill. I'm so glad that we've moved and never have to deal with their incompetence again. read more

I love Dr. Kiseleva. I've seen many gynecologists and had a variety of experiences, and I like her the best by far. She's very patient with me when I ask a lot of questions, she offers various kinds of testing, she lets me know if testing is overkill or not, she's willing to update Rx when it's too much work for other doctors, she writes me follow-up notes, she doesn't do procedures that aren't necessary. GREAT bedside manner. The only downside is her practice only accepts PPOs, so it's not always possible for me to see her and when it is, I still may get a higher bill than expected. But you get what you pay for, and she's worth it. read more

5/5 Dina is great with performing removal of nexplanon! She removed my expired arm implant within 30 minutes. I went to Dina because the previous gynecologist Tristan Bickmam (Santa Monica) I went to before said I needed to go under anesthesia to remove the arm implant and she wanted to insert an IUD I didn't even want. 0/5 very traumatic. Went in for a UTI test and found out two days later on a Friday from my health portal I'm almost in my second trimester of being pregnant from a progesterone test I didn't even take. My partner and I were at first scared out of our minds since we're not ready at all for a baby. Then I did research and progesterone is from a blood sample test. So I called Maria, the medical assistant, and few times to let her know I don't understand how I'm pregnant for a test I didn't even take. She said she was out of town and somebody messed up. Currently dealing with some billing issues for that progesterone test I didn't take. I've called Lab Corp with my my insurance and they both told me to sort it out w billing from Santa Monica women's health. Other than that, I've had difficulty with communicating with billing and medical assistants when trying to get my prescriptions for the UTI and the back to back UTI. I went to urgent care and they helped me for my $35 copay and diagnosed me with a yeast infection. Anyways, billing, can you just tell LabCorp you guys messed up? LabCorp put my account on hold for 30 days two weeks ago for me to have you guys fix it. I'm going to collections in two weeks for a test I didn't take! read more

If you're looking for a no-nonsense right to the point OB mixed with a little sarcasm, an insane amount of experience, and the patience of a saint, then Dr. Dina Kiseleva is the one for you. Dr. Kiseleva guided me through my pregnancy, answering any and all questions I had while making me feel at ease with how everything was progressing. Since she had given birth during my term, a lot of her advice was firsthand and fresh in her mind. My plan was to give birth naturally, but my baby had his own idea of how this would all go down. He remained in the breech position past the point of no return, so I ended up scheduling a c-section. It was comforting to know that Dr. Kiseleva would be the one performing my c-section and to see a familiar face amidst all the madness of my delivery day. After my c-section, Dr. Kiseleva came to check on me every day in the hospital. She truly cares for her patients and it shows. Also, her front office staff rocks. Everyone there is so sweet and insanely helpful. Maria and Beth are the best! My husband and I are sad that we won't be seeing her as frequently anymore, but we'll definitely be reaching out for her guidance with baby #2. read more

I recently had a terrible experience at doctor's office Dina Kiseleva, and I would strongly advise anyone considering using this practice to look elsewhere. Not only was the staff incredibly rude and unprofessional, but I was also blindsided by the bill at the end of my appointment. Despite not mentioning the price beforehand, they insisted that I had received a 60% discount, which still left me with a bill of $320 for a single consultation!!!!!?????? I was shocked and appalled by this outrageous charge, which I had no warning about before the visit. It would be one thing not to tell the patient the consultation fee if it was a standard amount, but $320!? And then to tell me that's 60% off.... To make matters worse, the doctor prescribed me some basic over-the-counter vitamins that could easily be purchased on Amazon without doing any blood work or any sort of diagnostic tests "Bonafide". I was left feeling like my concerns were not taken seriously, and that the doctor was more interested in making a quick buck than providing me with the proper care and attention I needed. Overall, I would highly recommend that anyone considering this practice think twice before making an appointment. The staff was rude(particularly the "money/checkout" lady, what an attitude), the prices were astronomical, and the quality of care was severely lacking. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and seek out a more reputable and trustworthy medical professional elsewhere. In addition to the exorbitant charges and lack of proper medical care, I also found myself stuck in the doctor's office for an unreasonably long time. Despite having an appointment, Once I was finally called in to see the doctor, I was in and out of the consultation room in a mere 10 minutes, but overall in the office for 2 hours... It was clear that the doctor was rushing through the appointment, barely taking the time to listen to my concerns or ask any relevant questions. Despite spending a total of 2 hours at the doctor's office, I felt like I received little to no attention or care from the staff or the doctor. The entire experience was a frustrating and disheartening waste of time and money. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this doctor's office to anyone looking for quality medical care. The prices are outrageous, the staff is rude, and the doctors are clearly more interested in rushing through appointments and making a quick profit than providing their patients with the care and attention they deserve. Stay far away from this practice if you value your time, money, and health. read more

The. Most. Amazing. Doctor. Period. Dr. Kiseleva is extremely knowledgeable. She has the best bedside manner that just instantly puts you at ease whether you're pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or seeing her postpartum. She delivered my two boys and I am now seeing her for the third. I am an extremely picky patient with LOTS of questions that would likely make other doctors uncomfortable. Dr. Kiseleva always answers all of those in a calm and patient manner. She's got the best sense of humor but is super comforting and let's you make your own decisions based on the information she provides. Her staff is friendly and accommodating. To all my fans: I reluctantly switched over to Kaiser Permanente Insurance receiving service at the Woodland Hills location and I got to tell you. These PPO services are a damn racket. Kaiser is a well oiled machine. I was reluctant because I don't know HMO just doesn't have that posh reputation, but man I will tell you. I have already received all the service I need in a matter of a couple weeks. Mammogram appointment: called on a Thursday and and set an appt for the very next Tuesday. The pharmacist reached out to see the medication and dosage I'd been on so when she got the prescription from the doctor, she'd be ready to go. Everyone has been LOVELY and on top of it so far. No long wait for anything. I'm. In. Heaven. And everything is centralized. I was with Kaiser back in the day in 2008 and they still had my last lab results and weight in the app!! read more

Dr. Kiseleva is the best!! Had my daughter four weeks ago and had a great experience starting with my prenatal care all the way to her birth. Very down to earth and easy to talk to. Had to have a C section for breech baby and she explained everything easily and made me comfortable. The office staff is also great! Update: Dr Kiseleva delivered my second daughter this summer July 2019 and I am so grateful for her competence and care! I had a very high risk situation and my daughter had to be delivered prematurely and we had the best possible outcome thanks to her!!! read more

I am a 74 years old women and had a uterine bleeding over the weekend. I called the office for emergency and talk to Dr Kisileva. She told me tough it out and come in on Monday. Monday they made an appointment in the morning then switched it to late afternoon. I came in and waited for hours while they were taking in other patients. By now I was feeling faint and really unwell. This doctor had some kind of grudge for me and she behaved in a very unprofessional and cruel way. Thank god The stuff was able to let me see my old doctor who is an excellent physician.I wish I would of made an appointment with him but I didn't know he was still in this office. read more

Beyond happy with the care that Kiseleva provided to us during our pregnancy. She was always very detailed and patient with all of our questions and provided great care during the entire pregnancy. She was willing to work with our more natural approach which we were super appreciative of. We want to express our gratitude to Dr. Dina Kiseleva and the staff at Providence for their excellent care during pregnancy and childbirth! Our daughter is already six months old! We first met Dr. Kiseleva during the planning stage of our pregnancy. We immediately liked her - she's kind, friendly, exudes calmness, and professionalism. She always listens attentively and thoroughly answers all questions. We never felt like she was rushing through the visit. Pregnant people, as you know, can often be nervous and worry about everything. Well, after visits to Dr. Kiseleva, our mood always improved. We could also send her a message through the MyChart system and get answers to our concerns. When it was necessary to communicate important information (such as discussing test results), Dr. Kiseleva would call personally. We changed our birth plan (initially wanted a cesarean, then decided to try natural birth). Dr. Kiseleva took the change in plans calmly. She explained all the options, and we discussed all the details. And then the day of delivery arrived - everything went wonderfully! I ended up having a cesarean. I absolutely did not feel any pain during my stay in the hospital or in the following days. If it weren't for the scar, I simply wouldn't believe I had been cut open! Dr. Kiseleva and her team are simply incredible! And of course, the doctor visited and examined me. We left the hospital a day earlier than scheduled because I was feeling great! But it was a bit sad to leave! Can you imagine how much less stressful the pregnancy process can be if you don't have to worry about going to appointments, talking to the doctor, and feeling the care of the staff! The wonderful bundle in the baby car seat reminded us that the deed was done - time to go home))) You won't believe it, but we immediately wanted a second child, and after six months, if we decide to plan, we'll only go to Dr. Dina Kiseleva (even though we had to travel from Orange County to Santa Monica)! read more

My husband and I are extremely happy with, Doctor Kiseleva. When we found out we were expecting we were in search of a great obgyn who was also with in our network. That was pretty difficult since most doctors we called in Santa Monica didn't accept insurance at all. We're so happy we found her because she is really great with her patients. She is very informative, makes sure you have facts and feel comfortable. She always lets us know what to expect in the coming appointments. She is warm, friendly, and never makes you feel rushed out. You can really tell when she is with a patient it's your time and she is present. We even got a little pregnancy gift, of What To Expect When You're Expecting. Along with lots of Pan flits of information on pregnancy. Those gestures really make a big difference! I appreciate the level of dedication and effort they put into their patients experience. The office staff is very nice they seem well staffed and efficient. We are very happy with our experience and I would absolutely recommend Doctor Kiseleva! But this is a review for my OBGYN, and I am technically childfree for the time being, so keep that in mind. Need an IUD? She's the best. It hurts less than all the other horror stories I've ever heard. Quick with the swabs, wonderful bedside manner, and incredibly knowledgeable. Ask her any question you'd like. And sex positive, as long as you're being safe, if you're into that sort of thing. Don't worry about waiting a long time, she'll see you in a few minutes. If you're a woman with a bad gyno experience, look no further for your safe space. read more

We trusted Dr Kiseleva our first pregnancy and never regretted it. I was thinking to have as natural and unmedicated birth experience as possible and Dina was cool with our birth plan. Every single appointment Dina was so warm and caring and gave us great confidence and piece of mind. She is always personal and real. Luckily pregnancy went uneventful. During my labor everybody was informed about our wishes, no one pushed us to do any interferences. We had wonderful nurse in Saint Johns who happen to love unmedicated births. One thing - pushing stage came pretty fast to me and I was afraid that Dr Kiseleva will not make it on time, but she magically appeared in the right moment. Everything went smooth and just the way we wanted. Doctor Kiseleva is wonderful Doctor and amazing person, what I believe is equally important when it comes to such exciting yet scary moment of life - having first baby. This is a prelim review: I made an appointment on ZocDoc. The office called me back the next day saying that the time-slot was not available and asked to call back to reschedule. I went back on the website later in the day - the time still showed as available, meaning they do not really update the schedule (which does not make too much sense for booking it there) I rescheduled, but having the aforementioned issue, I decided to call back the next morning to confirm the availability. They put me on hold right away. I hang up after a couple of minutes of annoying music. Then I called back again; this time they listened then put me on a long hold again... Ain't nobody got time foh dat!! It's my only day off today So I am not sure what is the best way to get in touch with that doc I will just wait till they call me back, I guess?.. read more

My wife and I were transitioning to Los Angeles while in her first trimester and finding a new doctor was a somewhat daunting high priority. On paper Dr. Kiseleva and this practice checked all of our boxes and we went in for a visit. That was 5 months ago and while our delivery date is still 6 weeks away we are very pleased with the care and attention given to us by Dr. Kiseleva and her staff. She is thorough, pleasant and really helpful in schooling us first time parents to be. Dr. Kiseleva is a wonderful doctor, I am a young college student, and it's so great to have a doctor that is consistent and always available. The wait is no longer than 15 minutes to be seen and Dr. Kiseleva never rushes the appointment, takes her time to talk with you and discuss everything. She's really caring and easy to talk to about anything. As a gynecologist she doesn't make you feel awkward at all, and is so down to earth which is great for young women. The office in Santa Monica is easy to reach, clean and very efficient. The front desk always calls to confirm appointments and usually calls the next day with any follow up results or info. And just in case it's an emergency and Kiseleva isn't there (which she always is) they have an office full of other great professional doctors. And they're right next to St. John's Hospital huge plus ! read more

She is the OB/GYN for my daughter who had to deliver her first baby by C-Section at St. John's. Dr. Kiseleva made a tough first pregnancy easy for my daughter. And now comes the story that makes me tear up: My daughter was pregnant with her second baby in 2019, and her water broke and she went into premature labor at 27 weeks. Dr. Kiseleva had her admitted to St. John's, where she stayed (in bed) for the next 5 weeks as Dr. Kiseleva tried to keep the baby in utero until the baby had a chance of successfully surviving a premature birth. I was with my daughter in the late evening when (at 31.5 weeks pregnant) she suddenly started bleeding. Dr. Kiseleva was at the hospital in 20 minutes and assembled the team (including a neo-natal team) who performed an emergency C-section and delivered my granddaughter, who barely weighed three pounds. Fast forward 17 months, and today my daughter and granddaughter are thriving. My granddaughter is smart, healthy and hitting all of her marks. I will go to my grave believing that Dr. Kiseleva's competence and expertise and experience is the reason I have two beautiful, healthy, happy and bright granddaughters. AND, she is a very nice person (in addition to being competent.) read more

Where do I begin. I chose to visit Dr. Dina Kiseleva because I saw she had a few good reviews online and she was one of very few OB/GYN's accepting new patients and who was listed in my insurance directory. Although she is very nice and has a pleasant bedside manner, I am very disappointed in the way her office is ran. You're always put on hold when you call if you can get through at all, the billing coordinator is inefficient, it takes days for someone to call you back, the list goes on and on. As for the doctor, I specifically told her what my concerns were and what type of tests I wanted. Well after almost 2 weeks of not hearing anything, I call her office and was told a nurse would call me back. After 2 days, I had to call back and was told again that a nurse would call me back because Dr. Kiseleva was on vacation. So a nurse finally calls me back and I find out that the Doctor didn't perform the test I asked her to. I promptly sent her an email asking why and of course I didn't get a reply, but after complaining, she called and left me a message apologizing. I had to reschedule and come back and she tried to place the blame on the lab instead of taking responsibity for it which upset me even more. And finally to add insult to injury, I got the lab bill from Lab Corp and it was outrageous. They charged me for a slew of things but they were abbreviated, so I asked for an explanation. They tell me because they're not medical doctors, they can't provide an explanation and that I would have to talk to my doctor. Are you kidding me?? You can charge me hundreds of dollars, but can't tell me what I'm being charged for. I will definitely not be going back. read more

Here's my update. This is personal and don't want to get into too much detail, but before I went to see Dr. Kiseleva, I was with another doctor for 3 years. For the last 2 years I had complained about pain, cramps and a lot of discomfort and he just kept doing ultrasounds and said it was my body getting used to IUD...for 2 years...? I finally figured I needed to see someone else and ended up in Dr. Kiseleva's office. I thought it was my IUD giving me a hard time, but after explaining my issue, she recommended some tests and it turned out I had fibroids. We decided to remove them. Why my other dr didn't even mention fibroid for 2 years beats me...very disappointing. Dr. Kiseleva explained all the options, used props to explain different concepts and helped me decisions. Dr. Kiseleva and her staff were amazing before and after the procedure (I imagine during as well, but I was out so I can't tell haha) and made me feel very comfortable. Yes, it's a routine procedure...but not for me, so yeah I was nervous, but like I stated before, everyone was super professional, kind and comforting. When they rolled me into the operation room, I admit...I was very nervous. I was already passing out (full anesthesia), but I remember she walked in, grabbed my hand, looked at me and without saying anything, her face said "I'm here, you are going to be ok". And let me tell you, in that moment, when I was very vulnerable, lonely and scared, this meant the world to me. Her diagnosis was spot on, because after the procedure all the pain, cramps and discomfort I was experiencing before is all gone now :) Thank you Dr. Kiseleva and your staff. read more

Dr. Dina is very patient and understanding. Their office clerks are all very nice and friendly. No copay $ during pregnancy. They don't use expensive labs. I had a very easy, smooth pregnancy with Dr. Dina's help. I had a long labor during delivery, she was supportive the whole time. read more

If you were to walk into the office of Dr Dina Kiseleva on any given day (with an appointment, of course!) you would see that she is widely popular and loved by so many patients who are having appointments with her, such as excitedly viewing ultrasounds for upcoming baby deliveries , etc . In my case, I was there for a general visit , and she squeezed in an ultrasound reading for me to prepare for an upcoming potential surgery. The office's staff, from reception to doctor to technician are all compassionate and delicate with the patients. She and the skillful Dr. Lauren Cadish , (in the same office building at St Johns medical center ) performed my total hysterectomy last week, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. I'm virtually already pain free, weaning off pain meds and able to go about the day with light errands ! At age 57, I was somewhat anxious to go forward with the surgery but am so thankful for this competent Dr. who works wonders. read more
