Ordered the taro jasmine green tea latte. I was super craving some bobes during quarantine and had it delivered through Uber Eats. I adjusted the level of sweetness to 50% and chose the golden boba as a topping. Love that they have sooo many options of toppings to choose from. I'm always skeptical with adding boba because if it's bad, it'll just ruin the entire drink for me. Luckily, the boba was super good and chewy. The drink itself was hella good. Its very customizable so you can adjust sweetness levels or even the amount of ice in your drink. They also have a lot to pick from and so far I liked every thing I've tried from them. Wow. I came in today for drinks and received the rudest service ever! (05.21.21)The girl with a green sweater and dark haired was EXTREMELY RUDE! We were just taking our time with ordering and she was giving us a glare for taking too long. Lastly, I wasn't even speaking as fast... and she interrupted me rudely "can you like slow down??! You're speaking to fast " and was very impatient with us. Then she almost ordered our drinks wrong. If this is the kind of service that Ding tea allows I'll never come back to this location ever again! I am a great tipper and almost wanted to tip absolutely nothing! Came by twice during their opening week! Store is clean and bright with a good layout, but can get crowded when students are just getting out of class. They have a few tables you can write on with dry-erase markers which is creative but gets a little grimy. My biggest issue was how they were unable to make drink adjustments. The first time I went, I ordered the strawberry yogurt drink with aloe, low ice, and 30% (slight) sugar. The cashier told me they weren't able to make the adjustments which I thought was kind of odd since there weren't any notes on the menu or anything stating they couldn't. Was browsing on Yelp and saw that people ordered what they call a Taro Jasmine Milk tea, (two of my favorite drinks!) so I knew I had to try it. The first time I ordered this, it was awesome! I usually order my drinks at a 30% sweetness level with less ice. The second time I ordered the taro jasmine milk tea, it definitely tasted...different - like it was maybe watered down? I totally understand that there are different people making the drinks/working different shifts but was a bit disappointed that the drink was inconsistent. Nonetheless, Ding Tea still makes great green milk tea and I really enjoy their agar boba. read more

Since everyone else is rating this place 5 stars I must've just had an unusually poor experience. I walked into the store with a smile and said "hello!" To the girls at the counter, excited to get boba. Neither one said anything. My friend and I ordered our drinks and the girl at the counter said "anything else?" a few times and not much else. We tipped and didn't get a thank you. So service sucked a$$. As you can see in the picture my iced strawberry Yakult is in a coffee cup (?) and the flavor was okay but this was almost the worst boba I've had. No flavor and the texture wasn't chewy. This place is HORRIBLE. My wife and I love going to the Ding Tea on foster and the ones in California; and we were looking forward to this location opening due to it being closer to our house. But this place is HORRID and has terrible service. So my wife goes to order a matcha latte, and asks to adjust the sweetness and ice to what she usually gets at other locations. The cashier then goes to say "we can't adjust the sweetness and ice because of the recipe." This is weird, considering we have never been told this at any other location. Furthermore, they have signs showing the different levels of sweetness and ice you can do for your drinks. This was frustrating, but we were willing to deal with it. Then my wife asks for black boba, the most classic and typical topping you can put in bubble tea. The cashier then goes on to say that "black boba is only for the monster latte." So we are like what??? Since when is black boba only for the monster latte. This isn't the case for anywhere else, and they have photos everywhere showing all dIfferenT drinks with black boba. I absolutely love the bubble tea here. I usually get traditional milk tea with boba, and it's always sweet but not too sweet with boba that is delightfully chewy. The service is nice and quick as well! I'd highly recommend Ding Tea for boba--and their taiyaki is delicious as well! read more

Wow they opened up right next to me! This place has some great promotions as a part of their opening, and o took full advantage. The space is very welcoming, and the tables tops are all white boards, so you can write on them with Expo markers. The teas themselves are decent, but nothing out of the ordinary. Granted, I choose to get less sugar and green tea, but I will surely opt for a black tea with more sugar next time. Regardless, the staff are super friendly, and I wouldn't be surprised if this became my go to. read more

The line can move slow as people decide their orders but I've been twice and the drinks come out almost right after they've been ordered. Passion fruit black tea and jasmine green milk tea are both great. The golden boba tastes just like brown/black boba and has great texture. Glad to have this place around! read more

I am literally obsessed with everything about this place. The milk tea is tasty AF, the menu has the perfect amount of options, and the staff are always really kind. They have size options which is nice because i get a large 100% of the time, and I'll choose this place over anywhere else because it seems to always be 1 size at other boba places.
