    Maple Salmon Benedict

Maple salmon Benedict: tried and true classic. We got a fry basket as well with their fried clams, fish and fries. This is a home run as usual.

Really good fresh fish offering at the Olympia Farmers market. Fried oysters were cooked well and were tasty, Cole slaw was on point, clam chowder was good. Cocktail sauce needs horseradish! All seasonings could come up a bit. I would definitely eat here again!

Solid 3.5 stars. First, the pros: it's at the farmers market, and you can't beat the location. Customer service was friendly, and they do a good job of moving the long line (the line takes a bit, as does waiting for the food, but given the number of employees and the size of the stand, they're doing great). Lots of options here, and food tasted fresh. Clam chowder had a great flavor to it. Swantown fry had a lot of great stuff in it. Cons: some of the food items were very standard and just okay: the potatoes (well cooked, just kinda plain). Clam chowder in bread bowl was A LOT I'd bread bowl and not a ton of chowder. The fried oysters were just fine but just kinda so-so. Overall: solid choice for farmers market fare and great customer service.

Awesome customer service at this food booth at the Olympia Fsrmer's Market! Their Eggs Benedict never disappoint and today was no different. We had the Maple Salmon Eggs Benedict and some chowder. Both were spot on. The maple salmon was the star of the show, truly amazingz

We were visiting Olympia on Friday and arrived at the Farmer's Market at 1:30 pm. It's great that there was free parking. This farmers market closes at 3 pm. We ate at Dingey's and had a little time to go buy items. The food was fresh tasting especially the fish and oysters. The French fries are crispy.

I am a little suprised that the reviews are so good for this eatery. It is not bad by any means, but in an area with tons of fresh good seafood, it also is not the top of the list either. What this place does have is a good location. As part of our outdoor Farmer's Market in the area, it is a hot food option while visiting the market. I ordered the prawn basket and it was just ok. If I were to return again I think I would try the crab cakes. Just a so so place.

Small amount of fish to chip ratio. Over processed fish look like it came from Costco business.

Dingey plate. Cod, clam strips, shrimp, fries, slaw, with added fried oysters

We have visited the Olympia farmers market quite as few times and never tried any of the awesome smelling food sold at these little stands. So we decided to hit Dingey's. Typical fried seafood, but let me tell you it was delicious. Dingey plate with breaded cod, breaded clam strips, breaded shrimp, Coleslaw, fries, and added breaded fried oysters. Perfect day to sit outside at a lunch table in the shade, eat lunch with my wife and son, listen to live bands play, and enjoy the market

Tiny, frozen halibut that I didn't eat because the first one was so gross.

They were good but not great. Nice staff. I think some were oily & small which gave me a stomach ache. I didn't love the coleslaw

Perhaps I had unrealistic expectations after reading so much about how this is "the best" burgers…read morein Oly. After driving by dozens of times, we finally stopped. Food: The burger was good, but not great. The bun did its job well and didn't fall apart. The burger was thicker than a smash burger, but less than a quarter pounder. The beef was simply bland. It had either too little or no discernible seasoning to bring out the flavor of the meat. The cheese was nice and melty. The burger sauce was good. Honestly, we both decided we preferred a Sonic cheeseburger. (Sorry). The fries were simple, crinkle cut frozen potatoes. They also lacked flavor. We ate a few each and the rest went in the bin. Service: There was no line, so our order was promptly taken and the food came out quickly. Friendly service at the window. Ambience: it's a food truck. They have a pop-up canopy and a picnic table which we shared with other customers. Nice conversation, friendly people. Although I mentioned Sonic, it's clearly not the "best" burger in Olympia, but it is consistent. I like smash burgers and we have good options, but I'm still looking for a place that makes a thick, juicy, flavorful burger in Oly. So far, the best burger I've had is in Tacoma at Burger Seoul. The beef mixture includes brisket and is always full of flavor.

The burger meat was cooked and seasoned just right and the sauce on the burger....the chefs kiss! This burger is a standout in a land of mediocre small burgers. Fries were also very good and the fry sauce was delicious!! We are fans and will be back. Don't be discouraged by the lines- they are a well oiled machine and even though the food is cooked to order, they are pretty efficient and get the food out quick.

Honestly the food isn't great and the nachos are just gross, but if you're hungry, it's there. If you want to rent a kayak, row, boat, or peddle boat, go to the snack bar to fill out the paperwork and pay and the guy at the trailer will help load your party onto the boat. There are picnic tables between the snack bar and the lake, but if you're going on a busy weekend in the summer, you're better off bringing your own table and chairs.

This concession stand is seasonal and I am glad I was able to stop by this summer to check them out. They also have pedal boats, kayaks, canoes and more for rent although I didn't partake I saw a lot of others renting from them. I ordered a double scoop of mint chip and single scoops of strawberry and vanilla with one in a waffle cone. Customer service was great and the prices are fair considering the scoops are massive compared to other ice cream shops I've frequented. They also offer a 10% military discount. Overall: amazing little stand that is worth checking out if you ever find yourself spending time in Millersylvania State Park.
