However, the dentist here claimed I have gum inflammation and said I needed a deep cleaning that would cost $600, plus a filling for another $600. The staff also offered to check something (I can't remember what it was) and said it was free, but afterward, someone else came in and tried to charge me $25 for it. When I told her I had been told it was free, she said it would be waived. I just wanted a regular cleaning that would be fully covered by my insurance, but they tried to charge me over $1,000 for additional procedures. I was here for 1.5 hours and didn't even get my teeth cleaned. They just kept examining me and trying to sell me treatments I don't need. It's a waste of time. Stay away from this place. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Literally looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the last time I was there. Second, the new dental assistant was very cold and rigid. I don't think she looked at me once and just had no gentleness to her. What happened to Araceli? I think that was her name. Dr manavi was very nice but she seemed stressed. I hope things straighten out because I did enjoy coming here for visits even if I'm terrified of the dentist.

Dr. Kim explains what he is doing, his concerns, and risks / potential risks flawlessly. Wording is direct and concise. He and his team project confidence and knowledge. Their staff, both front and back side, are super friendly and very knowledgeable about their work. Never had any issues with getting things fixed. Would 100% always recommend this establishment.
