While waiting for my food, I saw the cook finish my order and place it on the counter. The waitress noticed it, picked up her phone, started texting, and then walked outside to take a phone call, leaving my food sitting there. Another waitress eventually noticed and brought it to me. I was surprised by this, as I would expect customer service to take priority over personal phone calls. I've never experienced this before, and it was disappointing. If it wasn't about all the good stuff that I've heard about the food here I wouldn't come in, the service is disappointing.
