I recently moved to Fort Worth, after spending 25 years in Las Vegas, NV. I am born and raised in the Bronx, NY. I admit to being a totally arrogant New York City pizza snob. Tonight I tried Dino's for the first time on a recommendation from a friend. Nothing in Las Vegas ever approached the taste of a New York pizza. I am overcome by joy and bliss! I ordered a simple one topping large pepperoni. From the first bite, I felt like I was transported to a mom and pop pizza joint in The Bronx or Brooklyn. Superb! Thin and juicy. I've read a few negative reviews saying the pizza is greasy. Anyone who thinks that way isn't familiar with true New York pizza. What you call greasy I call juicy. People like that have probably been eating the big national chains "New York" pizza. To me it's criminal that they are allowed to call their dry, mediocre pizzas "New York". If you don't like juicy pizza, then Dino's is probably not for you. But for a New Yorker like me, Dino's is pizza heaven! The only thing missing is that it isn't located underneath an elevated subway train line! read more

I just picked up five lemon pepper bone-in wings. They are horribly greasy, and lots of grease in the bottom of the container. They look like they have been re-cooked in same old grease. Craved pizza and went here as recommended by some friends. Had to drive 20 mins to get to this pizza joint. It was worth the drive. We ordered meat lovers and Hawaiian pizza and Parmesan/garlic and barbecue wings. It's a To-Go/pick only service. Service was fast. Four years later and we are still ordering pizza only from Dino's! Since my last review, we actually have tried a couple of other small standalone places - usually a safer bet, right? - and regretted it. Dino's is still the best. Good pizza - little thicker than NY style, but the pizza crust is super airy. It's really good. I got pepperoni with extra cheese and was very happy. Loved the garlic sauce- it is not overpowering it was just right. Service was excellent. Called and they took my order. Order was ready when I got there and the woman checking out was very nice. From the first time you walk in until you get home and eat (if you decide to pick up - they deliver too!) it's an amazing experience. It's family owned and operated which is a huge for me. I like to support local instead of the normal chains. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the food is really good! I ordered a medium but he said I could save some money on getting a large so came home with more food for a little cheaper too! The pizza smelled amazing the whole way home and it didn't disappoint. Now I'll have a ton for the next few days. I just moved to Fort Worth less than a week ago and finding this spot so close to me is awesome! Try it out! read more

Really good pizza. I am maybe self-admitted pizza snob. Grew up with great pizzerias around me in Chicagoland area. I grew up in a pizzeria that I started working at since I was 13. I'm not going to compare those to pizza back home. I will tell you that soon as I have left the Chicagoland area is probably the best pizza that I've had. Besides from the pizza tasting really good, customer service was outstanding. I must also add that I have seven kids, and I cannot remember the last time I fed my family for less than $100. If you haven't tried it yet, then you are truly missing out on some good pizza. We found our pizza place!! We ordered through Uber eats. The pizza was hot and absolutely perfect despite the driver being a serious smoker. I appreciate that the toppings are diced, when possible, so you get a good amount of flavor in every bite. We only ordered the one time so far, so I can't vouch for consistency which seems to be an issue in some reviews. We will definitely order again though! The pizza reheated okay, not great, but the cheese bread definitely was not as good the second day. The cheese bread is amazing when fresh! We ordered two pizzas sausage and a chicken pizza. We had them delivered. Wasn't bad but wasn't the best pizza we've had. It's a different style. Not a lot of sauce and not any bold flavors, average amount of toppings. I will have to try some of their Italian dishes next time. Probably won't get the pizza next time.
