Unparalleled customer service! I placed a pickup order, and I ended up walking away without a couple of items, but I noticed I wasn't charged for them. The cashier called me, apologized for their mistake, and actually delivered the missing items totally for free! (I live really close by). He was so kind. I will be back. Walking in the staff greeted us with smiles and made us immediately feel at home, the Atmosphere of the restaurant was fantastic, As well as the food was fantastic! Starting with the complimentary bread was delicious... I am not ashamed to say I had one full basket to myself. For the main course we had pineapple and Canadian bacon pizza (because pineapple belongs on pizza) and a second dish of chicken Alfredo... both were phenomenal Italian food and I will be back! We have a service dog. She was quiet through the entire meal and was placed correctly out of the way of patrons and staff. At the end of the meal she stood up and barked once because I was walking away and my husband had not yet moved. Once my husband got up and they started to walk towards me, she shook as most dogs do when the get up from laying down. The manager was very rude and told us that we were not allowed to return to the restaurant with her due to her one bark and shaking as she got up. This is actually illegal. The ADA states that the dog must be under control at all times which she was. The ADA also states that restaurants cannot deny access. The manager started to vacuum starting at the door when she shook by our table. Not sure if we ever order take-out form this restaurant again. The food is excellent but the atmosphere is not very good. read more

Lunch specials used to be $8.99. Now there $12. When we got the bill we were billed $14 for each lunch entre. Either the waitress is pocketing the extra charge if you don't catch it, or the owner splits it with them. Scammers and cheats. Look your bill over closely. And the food has gone downhill. read more

Food is good but we are so disappointed!! We have lived in Saginaw for 20 years & have patronized this place since it opened FAITHFULLY - SEVERAL TIMES PER MONTH. These people / owners greet us everytime. Today because I wasn't very hungry - I asked my husband if we could share Chicken Alfredo. We were charged an additional $4 for sharing!!! Really?? How to lose a faithful customer in 30 seconds or less? Charge me for something stupid without giving us notice!!! Today I was very excited to try Joes Pizza..Unfortunately a horrible experience. I cpuld not believe owner likes to break the law and discriminate against people with disabilities. I entered the restaurant and was seated, 2 minutes later the owner asked if my dog was a service dog which I replied "yes", he then asked if I had ID which I told him I am not required to show him, but no problem, which I did. I nicely advised him of ADA requirements regarding Texas law and federal law that only allows 2 questions. This seemed to inflame him and told me he was not serving me ( I guess that's what happenes when you try to help a guy out). I told him call a cop, I waited for 35 minutes while be harrassed me and told I should get a job, I should learn how to act while getting way to close (like 2 inches close) to my service dog so he can bus a table that would of been easier to approach from the other side. I am sure your wife had a heart attack that you bused a table yourself. It was a good try with the owner trying to provoke my dog but he is highly trained and did not move a hair. (That's another law you broke by the way) FYI - like you couldn't tell I was videotapoing the inciddent,what are you thinking? Thank you to the table next to me saying I acted fine and my service dog was amazing. He is remarkable companion that has never had to be subject to hostile activitie like this. So after waiting to long I decided to leave, as I entered the parking lot Saginaw Police pull up . I decided to speak with the police briefly and tell him what occured. I did not want to make a big issue during this time since I needed something to eat to address my physical need.. This guy broke state and federal law. I was a very uncomfortable with situation having the owner trying to humiliate in front of everyone in the restaurant, unfortunately it back fired on him. I hope it was that important for you to act this way. What a lunch!!! The crust on the Stromboli was thin and crispy. It was delicious!! The service was friendly and efficient.

The owner and staff were the best people I've met in a long time. They were closing without food for the winter snow storm that came in. I explained my situation that my power had been off with no water, nobody in my house could eat and was starving. They let me go ahead and get spaghetti and even was nice enough to throw in bread with it. As I was waiting for my food I overheard the owner, very nice to his employees, offering them food and anything else they needed due to the power outages, and that he would make it himself for them. Very very very hard to find customer service like this anymore. But they have gained a customer for life. Oh and the owner is a REAL Italian, I have been to Italy several times, and it was made very very authentic! Which is hard to find. read more

We order pizza here all the time and it is always great. Being from NY it's hard to find a good slice but here comes very close! Their other meals are also great. I've had their ziti, stuffed shells and chicken parm and all were very good. Definitely a place to check out. Only down side is they are closed on Sunday's. read more
