I am extremely disappointed in Dino's. I live across the street, a very consistent customer. I came in at 11:58 and Pam was working and told me I couldn't grab a very quick drink. I rarely leave negative reviews--almost never--but this time I can't stay silent. I visited this place again today and, unfortunately, got disappointed again. Probably for the last time. I ordered rings, but was brought wings. When I calmly pointed this out, the waitress (the lady behind the bar) told me, "No, you ordered wings. I remember you--you did the same thing last time, trying to confuse your order." Well, you remembered my face--but not what actually happened last time. Let me remind you: Last time, I was served a beer with a chewed gum in it. I only realized it after taking a sip and feeling it in my mouth. I don't even chew gum. I quietly told the staff, "Just please change the beer and let's forget this ever happened." No scene, no shouting--I tried to be discreet and respectful. I even wrote an apology on the back of the receipt and left a 25% tip. That was the only time anything went wrong with my order before. So yes, you remembered me--but not your own mistake. This will be my last visit while that particular staff member is working there. The place itself is OK, and most of the staff are nice and professional. OMG.....you're not going to believe this and I never thought I'd be writing a sushi review that was from a sports bar in Mashpee, Ma. but here we go.....the best sushi to be had is at Dino's!!!! I came here for the traditional pub food Wednesday and saw the sushi and tried it. I had the Spicy Tuna and Godzilla Maki Rolls. That's all I thought about Thursday so here I am again. We have been customers of Dino's for 15+ years. Always great pizza. We own a home on the Cape and live in NH. We are in the habit of picking up take out to bring home and save on dinner prep after the ride to NH. But lately , there are signs of slippage. In our last five orders, four have been incorrect. Issues are missing toppings, incorrect toppings, missing dipping sauce and incorrect sizes. Prices are also clearly increasing quite regularly. Given that we would like to see them up their game and eliminate these type of errors. Note....We are in Merrimack NH, not Portland Maine. Don't understand why defaulting to ME. read more

The food is what you expect - mostly fried, likely mass made bar food, but that food has its time and place - and Dino's is that place. The crowd is great too. All regulars and a fun group. I was traveling in the Massachusetts area, and of course trying to find a Kansas City game on tv is like find the ark of the covenant in this area. Since we have moved to Mashpee we have found ourselves dining at Dino's from time to time and recently we have been disappointed. Although Dino's still has some of the best wings in the area, the service gas been poor. The last time we visited we placed a to-go order which was messed up. The waitress gave us half of the order and we had to go back for the rest. If this was a one time incident we would have written it off, but this is the FOURTH time we have had to either ask for the complete order or return to get the remainder of our meal. Tonight I asked if we received everything just to find that we hadn't. Thankfully I checked before leaving the lot. Overall, decent food, but we are getting tired of having to triple check our meal every time we visit! Hopefully things improve, but it seems even worse during the summer! read more

Dino's took great care of us. I needed a place for 8 clowns (self included) to watch the US / Ghana game after golfing at Ballymeade. This was part of a wedding weekend, so we needed to keep on a schedule and I didn't want to leave anything to chance. I stopped by Dino's the day before the game to explain my situation and they said they'd set us up with a couple of tables in the room with the big screen. Next day we ran a little late so I called to give them a heads up and they were still cool about it. Ended up getting there moments before kick off (and about 20 minutes after we said we'd be there). They immediately hooked us up with the two tables square in front of the biggest screen in the place. Genius. Then they kept the pitchers, nachos, poppers, etc. flowing. Great guys, great service. And not a bad crowd for a soccer game on a beautiful Saturday afternoon down the Cape. read more

A staple of the community for a lot of years. It's a love it or hate it place. It's not my cup of tea, I went once and that was enough to make me order take out any other time Ive ever ordered from there. It's very loud, and parking can be a pain. I would never go to this place again. We went on Patriots game night. The bartenders save seats at the bar for their friends. There were 5 seats saved on the section of the bar we sat at. We came in at 7 and they were saving the seats at that point for an 830 game. The people that sat at the reserved bar seats were load mouth and obnoxious. Yes, yes, yes, great little spot with indoor/outdoor and classic pizzeria seating. Read a previous post about Neil being a great server/bartender, but we had Spencer and he was friendly and nice and just such a great disposition considering how packed it was. Now Neil may have been working the inside bar and I may have bumped into him in the hallway and if that was him he seemed cool AF. Food was great, had a grilled cheese burger (grilled cheese with burger) and a custom grilled chicken sub, which would have to be named after us if we ever become locals ( but we can't because we live off Cape). Pizza looked like classic Greek and we definitely wanted to order one after we saw it, but we already ate and we have many other stops to make and didn't want to get full, fat and tired after our first stop. Came here on Halloween with my dad and my brother as we were visiting from CA and had a great time. We came in around 9:30 and left around 11:30-The employee Chris was very welcoming and helped us change the tv station so we could watch the Celtics game:) we had allagash beer from ME, pepperoni pizza, mozarella sticks , and potato skins. This place is great!!!! No matter what I get to eat the food is always excellent. The bartenders are fast and friendly. They make you feel at home and always there for a chat. The atmosphere is full of regulars that are always welcoming a conversation. The owner, Dino, is always around to see how things are going and would not hesitate to wait on you himself. The outside patio is freshly rebuilt and great for outside dinning with live music. Can't think of a better plays to spend your time for good food, great atmosphere, and drinks made to quench your thirst. Tips: they have two types of wings...regular and naked ,non breaded. The naked are the way to go to get them crispy. The regular will be more soggy. If you like them extra crispy order the desire sauce on the side. They come out perfect. BBQ pizza is awesome. Onion rings are thick and delicious...does not hurt to order them well done depending on whose cooking they can come out a little soggy. read more
