Breakfast burrito with hashbrowns added inside

Came here for a breakfast burrito and it did not disappoint. For the price of only $10, I got a burrito big enough to share with another person. It was soooo big and hot right off the grill. Comes with a side of potato's or hashbrowns. I asked for them to be put inside the burrito. Such an amazing addition. Only critique is the hashbrowns weren't very crispy at all. As a whole it was a wonderful burrito in a small restaurant. Definitely recommend coming to support the people here! With a great price and portion to the food this well worth a try.

Lansing Road Omelette w hash browns.

My breakfast was; a Lansing Road Omelette I got it because it's unique to Dion's about the road this place is on. It was done nicely, presented nicely and tasted really good. I added a half order of Biscuits and Sausage Gravy, it was also really nice, thinner slices of biscuits maybe 4/4th inch by three inches round, and a good portion of gravy. My breakfast came with choices.. I chose hash browns instead of the hunk/cube variety and pancakes instead of toast. The omelette had chopped breakfast sausage, spinach and something else.. I forgot . The pancakes were about 5 inches wide and three stacked, with butter and warmed syrup. Everything was cooked very nicely and tasted really good. The portions were sort of large. Everything is getting 5 stars because Dion's is trying and succeeding to do things the right way. The service, server and seating/hostess staff were all professional giving the customer smiles and any help in menu questions. The cooks know how to cook a nice breakfast all around. Dion's is well kept and clean. The one and only nitpick would be the sound from other diners might get a little loud as there's a lot of hard surfaces but no sound proofing for that single dining room. That's an easy fix should Dion's choose to do so. The staff and quality food and menu make up for it.

Great place to come for breakfast. Came on a Saturday around 11:30am and they weren't too busy. We were greeted and sat in booth right away. The waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. When you sit down they bring water (and coffee) to the table right away. I stuck with the water and my mom got an iced tea. For breakfast I ordered the 2x2x2 with scrambled eggs and cinnamon apple french toast. I don't eat meat but there are no substitutions so I just gave the bacon to my mom. (Note: they don't have Turkey bacon just regular.) In the future it would be nice to have the option to sub meat for fruit or grits or something. There was a $2.99 up charge for the speciality French toast but it was worth it. The apples were warm, fresh and skinless. The French toast was thick and fluffy. Delicious. My mom wanted to build her own omelette and she was able to customize something she liked. She ordered it with diced potatoes and wheat toast. She really enjoyed it and the portion size was filling. The decor is cute on the inside. The single bathroom was clean and had a changing table for the babies. Our bill was $26. We had a great breakfast here and I will definitely be coming back. The restaurant is open daily from 6am-3pm.

I was pleasantly surprised at this breakfast cafe. Took my two granddaughters to have a late breakfast. The reviews about this cafe were excellent on yelp so we decided to check it out. We were greeted right away and the ambiance was okay a little small and quaint. We ordered Chicken and waffles, Denver omelette, and a Belgian waffle. There was a little wait for the food, but it was well worth it. My granddaughter said the chicken and waffles were delicious! The Belgian waffle was nice and crisp. My Denver omelette was perfect and the cheddar cheese was included. The fresh fruit was delicious. The prices were reasonable, and I promised my grandkids we would come back again!

What they did have is pretty good burgers, onion rings, drinks, karaoke, trivia and hookah??? Yeah the place had a lot going on and the basement area is clearly used for a club like vibe. The 3- level concept gives you the opportunity to decide how intimate you would like your night to be. Main level allows for booth seating, rooftop provides a good opportunity to enjoy the weather while enjoying your food, drinks and music. The basement was my favorite part. It was the perfect place for ADULT fun. Each level has a bar offering more options based on which level you sit at. My service was great! The young lady was very honest with our food selections. I originally wanted a salmon burger but she was honest about the many reviews so I went with the southern fried catfish that comes with two sides. I chose the rice pilaf and asparagus. The sides were a little salty but overall meal 8/10. I paired my food with a 1800 reposado mule which definitely was delicious. Right amount of spirit and other ingredients. Overall I would be returning to experience the arcade set up in the basement as well as try more food/drink options

They have a few parking spaces in the front of the building with a larger lot in the rear. It was not too crowded and we were seated immediately. Our server Michaela was very friendly and suggested a few food items for my wife which were GF. I started with the House Old Fashion and my wife had the Bee's Knees. Both were very good and cost 10.00 each. For lunch I tried their Pecan Whiskey BBQ wings. 5 wings cost 10.00. They were good size and very tasty but I didn't taste any of the Pecan Whiskey flavor. My wife had the Barbacoa Tacos which were filled with braised beef. She could only eat 2 of them so I had the third taco. Flavorful but I would have preferred more salsa or a dipping sauce. I wanted to try their Drop Dead Bourbon separately so I had a small tasting. I loved it so much I bought a bottle to bring home. Cost was 60.00. The history of this distillery dates back to 1857 and is one of Illinois' oldest standing distillerys and was once Al Capones largest bootlegging facility during prohibition. I would love to go back and try a few more of their hand crafted cocktails and one of their signature burgers.

The server suggested the tacos as they can be made gluten free. Besides the cocktails my husband asked to taste their straight bourbon called Dead Drop. He enjoyed it and bought a bottle to take home. I could feel the ghosts of bootleggers of the past haunting the place. Worth the drive to experience it.

She is hands down one of the hardest working people I've seen in any establishment, and I don't say that lightly. It honestly shocked me to find out she's only being paid for a regular cashier role. Every time I come in, she's multi-tasking like a manager--handling online orders, working the drive-thru, making ice cream, cooking food, helping customers at the front, and still managing to keep a smile on her face. Meanwhile, I've seen actual managers standing around or not even present at all at this establishment. What really stands out about her is not just how much she does--but how well she does it. She's sweet, attentive, respectful, and fast, all while doing the job of three or four people. I've seen other workers in the past act rude or lazy. She brings the kind of energy and professionalism that makes people like me want to keep coming back. I even came in the other day just hoping someone would acknowledge her efforts--maybe tell her thank you or lend her a hand. It made me genuinely upset to see her busting her tail like that with no help, while still being kind to everyone around her. That's rare these days. Whoever's running this place needs to take a closer look--because that girl is a leader, whether she's getting paid for it or not. And she deserves to be recognized, respected, and properly compensated for the incredible job she does. I'm hoping Corporate sees this because this is truly unacceptable.
