I don't even know where to begin. Dior Café was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The place is tiny, unorganized, and the staff looked like they were in a constant state of panic. No structure, no control just chaos. The seating was ridiculously cramped, with people packed in shoulder to shoulder. Zero comfort, zero ambiance. Now let's talk about the food... if you can even call it that. Everything tasted like straight-up plastic garbage like expired, off-brand food you'd find in a clearance bin at a gas station. Even the water was gross. And somehow, I ended up spending over $250 and barely ordered anything (IF U LOOK AT MY PICTURE I GOT 6 IDEMS 2 SMOOTHIE BOWLS 2 CROISSANTS 1 COFFEE 1 MACHA THEY DID NOT EVEN MAKE THE MATCHA) 250$+ FOR WHAT I don't mind paying premium prices for quality, but this was insulting. If you're someone who's excited to experience Dior Café thinking it's going to be something special save yourself the heartbreak. If I came here looking forward to a memorable, high-end meal and was served this, I'd feel pissed off and honestly hurt. Nothing about this place lives up to the name or the hype. What an experience... The dior cafe is located on the roof of the Women dior store in the Designer district in miami. It's a beautiful rooftop decorated by dior, the food is of high quality and ambience is cozy and relaxing, you can really enjoy your time and have some conversation with your company. The service is amazing, we were served by the owner, a beautiful woman that knows how to make feel yourself comfortable. Our experience was even better because as we are from italy we had the opportunity to feel even more comfortable speaking our language and having a nice talk. We ordered a few beverages and Dior Chocolate Royal for dessert. Everything tastes average with Dior Cafe Miami being the best item from taste perspective (blended frozen coffee drink). Service was prompt and our orders came out quickly being that we were one of the first customers there when the cafe opens (at 11am). Overall, good vibe though make sure you come on a nice day since there are only outdoor seatings. Looking for a place to study and tried this coffee house for the first time. It is well decorated and comfortable. Trendy styling, with lots of space to sit and read or study. They have a side room that it looks like can be reserved for a group to host a meeting. Wide selection of coffees and drinks.
