I didn't taste as much mango in the lassi as I did just sweet, and it seemed as though it was premade with thickeners (gums) instead of a mango nectar blended with yogurt. It came as a triage rather than a rolled dosa - neither here nor there really, but I'm accustomed to masala dosa being rolled and it was a bit harder to tear off strips of dosa from the triangle to eat it.
