While I was a bit hesitant because of their prices, I decided to check them out anyway. And I must say... WORTH EVERY PENNY! I am so in love with my nails done by Jenny. I've never had anyone treat my nails as if each one was a piece of art. Her attention to detail is amazing. For dip powder nails and a lavender pedicure, I was there for a little over 2 hours and paid $85 before tip. They got busy so I suggest you make an appointment. My sister and I walked in for our noon appointments today and were so incredibly happy to see some of our favorite people from a spot that we had been pretty loyal to for several years. We both got the Jelly pedicure and the experience lasted for so long! We loved every minute of our pedicures and the massage chairs are amazing! Lily (the owner) was great about making the appointments through Yelp. The salon itself is HUGE! First time going here today and I called ahead of time to reserve an appointment. Little did I know my sister called them to reschedule my appointment because she wasn't going to be able to take me even though I had already confirmed with my brother that he would take me (I'm 39 weeks pregnant with my first baby and super uncomfortable driving). I got there early and the owner told me someone had called to cancel. I was so confused and had no idea my sister called earlier. She was able to accommodate me and I am FOREVER GRATEFUL for their quick service. I will forever recommend this place and will for sure be back after the baby is born and make sure I don't have anyone cancel my appointments anymore without my consent. Also, I was charged $25 for a basic manicure when I didn't even get nail polish on my hands + my nails were already short. Heard many great reviews about this place. However, I did not have the best experience. Owner and workers are amazing and great costumer service. When it came to the actual nail technic, I was not impressed. At first my nail person did my first go around 3 of my finger nails were crooked! I contacted the owner which she accommodated me and "fixed" them. However here we are not even a week later and my nails look disgusting (see pics below). Walked in n said pic a color I say where she pointed to wall with polish I'm looking I say do u have nails with paint on them so I can see what color looks like a customer said it's on the other side of the wall. This is a wonderful new place to get mani/pedi, dipped nails, and waxing. It's a large open salon with complete privacy for waxing services. Lily is a great technician and does exactly what is asked for when doing my dips. I have had two dip services already since opening and have had NO issues at all with wear or performance of my nails. The product she uses is terrific. Great new colors. No loss of shine, color, or wearing down of my dipped nails that I've consistently experienced when going to Lucy's (Brentwood). All the colors have matching gel and regular nail polish so I don't have to buy/bring them myself. So convenient! Also, Jenny is an equal professional. She performs facial and eyebrow waxing for me. Does not make my brows super skinny as that is what usually happens at some places around town. She listens attentively and has a kind touch whether waxing or cleaning off my areas after. I've tried a few nail salons here in Antioch and surrounding areas and I have to say that Dip Nail salon is by far my favorite! They have a big open space which I love (especially right now with Covid), there is always energetic music playing which I enjoy way more than the soft relaxing music you usually hear at salons, you are always greeted with a smile by Lily. I love all the precautions that this salon has put into place, plexiglass covers for each nail station and pedicure chair, spaced out clients when more than one at a time (the most at one time that I've seen is 4 max). I am 5 months pregnant and I am relieved to find a nail salon that is doing it's part.
