My order was wrong, and the young lady at the front, who also told me she took the order was very rude and matter of fact, as if I misunderstood MY order. Since I do not argue with children, I decided to share this review and hope that management will help this young woman with the basics of simply apologizing for her error next time. This never happened, and would have gone a long way for customer service. She did offer to remake the pie and I appreciate that very much, but I had just driven 5 1/2 hours from Maryland to Connecticut with a cold, and I just wanted to go home and rest. There's not much parking available at all, I parked on the side of the street; just for reference. The total price was also pretty decent for both items. The ambiance was pretty good & the timing they stated for pick-up was accurate. The service was also nice.
