I visited to purchase a box of cookies. Two employees were present; one greeted me and went to the back, while the other was finishing an order for another customer. I waited patiently for my turn. Just as the first customer's order was completed, another person walked in (several minutes after me), approached the employee, and showed their phone, likely for an online order. The employee asked what I was there for, and I said I wanted to order cookies. However, they proceeded to assist the new customer first without explanation. I'm unsure if online orders are prioritized or if there was a misunderstanding, but I felt overlooked and left without making a purchase. It would be helpful if staff could clarify the order of service or acknowledge waiting customers to ensure a fair experience. read more

When I walked in the lobby was full and I had a husband and kids waiting in the car. I decided to try an online order to see if that would be faster so I quickly downloaded the app and ordered there wondering if I would still be waiting when everyone else had cleared out. Once I submitted the order there was a quick survey about my visit, I was 2 questions into the survey when my order was called. They were SO fast and the girl that gave me my order was very friendly. They have some cookies that I haven't loved (especially for the steep price) but my family and I have really enjoyed a lot of their cookies and the service is always spot on. read more

WOW! This place is amazing! We walked in and were greeting right away by a young lady and she was really nice (I wish I got her name). We have never been to a Crumbl before but had heard great things about their cookies. So we opted for the six pack so we could try one of each cookie they had. They had: blueberry cheesecake, churro, chocolate chip, fruity pebble, rocky road and cookie dough. Every single cookie was so good and so fresh! There were no crumbs left behind as each of us tried each cookie and absolutely destroyed that Crumbl box. Loved it and will be back! read more

Cookies are 1. Much bigger than I expected. The photos I saw ahead of time did not prepare me for how massive these cookes are. Seeing their size instantly explained the prices. 2. Super delicious with so many interesting flavors (hello waffle!) BUT are so, so, so, SO sweet. I got a gift card from my boss, so we wanted to pick up these goodies for the car ride home. Sad that I have to even give them 1 star. They haven't earned it. They do not take social distancing to heart, they put people's lives at risk, and do not follow laws and rules from the Governor or health department. Staff is courteous , and the selection is just right. We ordered 8 cookies to go. 4 were for a friend whom we're visiting in Salt Lake City. Ok. The cookie.(chocolate chip) Milk chocolate perfection. We bought a 4 count for $10-ish to try more flavors. These are BIG and VERY sweet! Chocolate peanut butter, tres leches, animal cookie and Samoa. The Samoa was WAY TOO SWEET, the Animal Cookie was our fave though. Frosting tastes JUST like a circus animal frosting! Overrated. All the cookies taste the same before they add toppings. They are a grease pit, so much oil it's almost nauseating, and never cooked properly. The middle is always borderline raw and doughy, forcing me to only eat the edges because I don't like raw cookie dough. Some people like raw, therefore they should make a raw cookie dough cookie, but not every cookie they sell. They used to be better, something happened. read more

Updated: Stand by my previous review. Cedar Cory Crumbl is 2/4 if you get the box. Sugar cookie is pretty much always a safe bet. The specialties are hit/miss. Got the Churro Hazelnut this week and it had 0 hazelnut. The Dark Dream was good if fresh or reheated (when not fresh). The chilled sugar cookies (varied flavors) have been the best of any that I've had so far. Original: Love that they are open late. Cookie freshness is hit and miss. If when getting a box of 4 I'd say majority of the time 2/4 cookies are fresh. Worth it to get a party box vs. 1 cookie for the price. Haven't had all the flavors, but churro has been the best one so far. Best when fresh - after a day or two if you don't finish they just aren't quite as good. read more

I love these cookies whenever I go to Colorado. I'm from California so we dont have a Crumbl so I decided to stop here on my way home. BUT Why dont they enforced the mask regulations!?? Especially the baker?? I mean they dont even wear gloves. They were touching their faces and noses and then touching the cookies!?? Its COVID people!!! And also for hygiene. If I get COVID, I would definitely know where I got it from. AND the whole store was so crowded with people. I had to wait outside. I mean I did do the curbside pickup but it took an extra 20 minutes because they ran out of chocolate chip cookies. read more

While walking to the car from Cafe Rio (stuffed to the brim) I couldn't help but notice the cute sign from the strip mall shop across the way with the letters Crumble (then I saw the cookie sign) - the simple design pulled me in, I had to check it out. The staff were so sweet and helpful, they gave me a cliff notes version of their shop, cookies and current selection. I fell for it hook, line and chocolate chip. I ordered two chocolate chips and the peanut butter cup, then I told them to surprise me with the last selection. They picked the snickerdoodle - with cream cheese frosting, wow!
