Without a doubt, the best part of my day is stopping by here and picking up a fresh bakers dozen for everyone to enjoy back at the office. Customer service has always been wonderful, too. It's hard to have a bad day when I'm greeted with such a big smile and a friendly hello every time I stop by. The donuts here are fresh. I've tried glazed, chocolate and maple and they were all good. I like donuts and I'm picky about the maple bars because I feel some are a little too sweet for me but the one here is just right. Good flavor and nice and fluffy. read more

This small donut shop is so close to my work that it's a good and bad thing for me. lol. But the shop owners (husband and wife) are always super nice and the donuts are also so good. They're always very soft and fresh. Definitely recommend this place if you want to stop by real quick for yummy donuts! read more

I've eaten their donuts for years. At least 10 different types over the years. All of them are great. Convenient location and they are really nice. Yes the donuts do leave some residue which soaks through the paper bag if you leave it there long enough but that is easily fixed by double bagging. Personal favorite: glazed twist. read more

so far I've been here twice, and the donuts have been very good. the guy is really nice and friendly. I like how they don't have any crazy orange or pink icing donuts. one star off because they don't have big plastic bags to carry the boxes, which makes it difficult to carry on the train. read more

I was so excited to try this donut shop since I'm new to the area and it's close to my house. I came here with my mom and sister before work. We were the only customers and I was asking questions when more customers came in and the lady left us hanging and took other people's orders. Then another guy came to help us and she told him something and came back to us and Immediately proceeded to charge us without even letting me finish my order. I also have a small business and this lady has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. She takes orders in a rush has no patience for people's questions. I left very disappointed. Came here this morning cuz it's on my way to the Santa Fe springs swap meet it was around 9 am and there was nothing but stale donuts the glaze was all dry and crackly on ALL of the donuts but I was there and I was hungry so I got a glazed donut and some chocolate milk my bfs mom got an apple one after we sat down she wanted it heated up so I asked the woman if she could heat it up and she said they charge I was like WTF! Who charges to heat up a donut so she did it free of charge "just for me" then she threw the donut to me I said thank you she replied with mmhm and went to the back the worst part was she didn't even heat up the donut it was exactly the same this place is dirty and the donuts and costumer service suck i can't give it no stars or else I would AVOID this place read more

One way to guarantee I'll never visit an establishment again? Hair in my bagel with cream cheese! Thank goodness I opened it up before taking a bite. There it was, just chillin on my unappealing slab of cream cheese. Also, is it normal to toast a bagel after putting the cream cheese on it? I don't think so but that's what the woman at the counter did. Strange. Anyhow, won't be paying them a visit again. read more

My coworker has been bringing donuts to our office for 12 years. The staff has never had any issues and love them. We look forward to donut day. They are always fresh and very airy. The donuts are made in the early am hours for freshness. Give them a try. read more

It's not the donuts shops fault, they were very apologetic and they were trying to work thru it exclaiming to us that pest control was on their way to solve this problem, security guard was letting us know that somewhere the bees have a hive and was hoping to get rid of it safely. Very pleasant time there and I'll most likely be back!
